I would like to find a team on HoN to play with. Playing with randoms is just sad... I'm looking to learn and would like to grow as a player with a team that have the same goals as me, to become better. If anyone is interested please message me on teamliquid, or you can add "migbou" on HoN. (I'm not bad, and I want to improve!) I also have a mic and can easily communicate with you. | ||

And the "get the carry farmed and protect him and turtle up in your base" strategy doesn't really work anymore But yeah the hardest thing in HoN and DotA is finding out what went wrong in a game because people will always point fingers at one or two people for feeding a kill or missing that one stun | ||

In general heres how i see mmr ratings (unless ur getting carried with a group, then I can only say, man up and play solo sometimes.) <1500 - negative impact on team, not good enough to win games w/ a shitty team. 1500-1700 - neutral impact on the game, not good enough to win games w/ a shitty team. <1800 - positive impact on game, but not good enough to win games w/ a shitty team. >1800 - positive impact on game, good enough to win some games even w/ a shitty team. | ||

I've solo q'd to 1800 in both PSR and MMR before, and I still complain about shitty teams, because even the best players, can lose if you have such a shitty team that they feed or do stupid shit. | ||

If you want to experience what the skill of a team relative to picks is when playing then do nothing but AR. Not sure if this is what you're getting at but most AR games are decided in the opening seconds. Getting a 5 meele team or getting 3 hard carries is basically gg right there. | ||
