I feel pretty indifferent about this except for early access. The biggest problem I have with the LoL f2p model is runes and the lack of diversity in free heroes (also that they considered 'tank' an actual hero role, don't know if they rectified that but boy oh boy they should). As long as they offer a diverse sample of fifteen heroes, I don't really have a problem with the f2p idea - I don't think many do, yeah?

That early access shit is dumb, dumb, dumb, though. I think it would have been a much better idea to keep the legacy accounts set for life, like BL:C does it, instead of incensing an audience whose preferences were likely heavily against this carrot-on-a-stick garbage, hence their choice in HoN over LoL. I'm not even that smart and that's obvious to me. That choice really stinks of an afk-at-the-fountain-at-0:00 throw against dota 2.

give it to me, this genre is hard to put down.

He makes a pretty strong carry imo

The drunk charges give him a lot of survivability through the early-mid game so he can get some farm, and paired with his 3rd skill gives him a lot of kill potential in lane. His Q goes through shrunken iirc. He can kill most heroes in 1v1 encounter because of Q -> E especially with a frostburn.

items that i think should be core on drunken master are abyssal and frostburn/wolf
ring of the teacher early for mana problems because of spamming the drunk charges

Not exactly sure what his ulti does though, is it a bkb with damage reduction?

That Drunken Master guy sucks ass imo, but I'm sure I could be wrong. He needs a lot of farm to do anything, feels like a really shitty wannabe panda.

Also some of his drunk skills are broken and don't give the bonuses...or so it feels.

I re-read some of the crap and I am probably wrong.

HoN is garbage atm. Ever since their big server meltdown, it's been non stop lagfest. Like every 3rd game we have to remake because it's unplayable.. Also AMM system is screwed up at higher level, i can barely find games at 1850 mmr, and when i do, it's usually +1 or +2 mmr reward.

I am sure they are not sitting in their offices derping around but rather trying to fix it with every man/woman power they have.

I find games easily and I am low 1900s/high 1800s. As of late yes, it has been unplayable with the choppiness but before hon 2.1 it has been fine.
