agree also I think he has a great casting voice.
I'd say my main problem is with when someone co-casts and they get put on the spot by breaky, then an awkward silence ensues.

2009 was entertaining for a replay but i dont know if hes a good yeller. i think the flow of commentators on chinese streams seem to be pretty balanced.
i think too many people wanted to forget tobiwan/kellymilkies, the worst commentating duo that has ever graced dota

= - I'm not really liking the changes S2 has been making... I feel their main/unique point that they had over LoL and even DotA 2 was that they mixed their own (good...ish) heroes with dota's, but now I feel (though I'm not playing it much atm ><...in favor of SC2....) they are changing wayyy too many things, (I mean, I'm not sure why they keep the secret shop location/observatory, what's the freaking point of the observatory, sure sure, more wards, but..... what), etc. = =;

Afaik they're not allowed to port any more dota heroes or else they would have potted over the whole cast.
Removing secret shop has 0 impact on gameplay and anyone that claims the secret shop added a layer of strategy to the game are 1700 idiots that think they are the shit at the game

it has an impact on the game, just not a big one. and anyway, if dota did that techies would be more boring to play

Yeah that cast with Phill and Tralf was pretty hard to listen to but that is the co-casters in experience. I really like breaky's play by play during big battles he really is able to catch a lot of what is going on

What exacty does the secret shop do aside from delaying some item for a minute? No idiot is going to get their flying courier killed while buying something

You've obviously never watched FTD vs KS.
Also it's one of those areas you can easily lose the game against at least psuedo push lineup if the long or mid lane gets pushed (short/mid lane tower positions, how far away depends on how long game is and of course, lineups) and you lose a team fight there, I've seen this sometimes and it's a huge, huge blunder to do. Secret shop just adds another layer of interesting to get more expensive items.

Removal of secret shop makes turtling with a carry stronger, it used to be possible for you to push up outside their rax and if you couldn't push in just ward around the shop and prevent them from ever getting their 2500 gold items, rendering their farm effectively useless. Granted it rarely happened but it was definitely a factor in a fair amount of games.
I think it was a fair change though, as they nerfed turtling in a lot of different ways (widened ramps, etc.)

Disregarding the risk associated with sending out courier with no map control, you still have to account for travel time. Meaning if you can afford a crucial item just as your opponents are killing your rax - you're in trouble. In addition to that I just found courier usage at those stages akward, especially in tense situations.

The only bad thing I could think of about the secret shop was it takes a bit longer to get your items, so yes this might pose a problem. Sending out a courier without map control shouldn't be that big of a problem because you can send it through the trees on the left lol

I had a great time listening to 2009 cast the games. I found the banter to be pretty balanced between solid analysis and color commentary, really giving deep commentary without speaking down to the viewer.
For me, the most litmus test on the quality of the commentator is their take on SF play since SF mid game play is so open and many players have different takes on how to go about it.
You know who's a manly caster? Hitomi, too bad he isn't as involved with the scene

Blood chalice serves the same purpose but for a much lower price, this helps you get a faster PK which is the "end all be all" for Behemoth. Back when there was no chalice people usually resorted to mana-ring or bottle.
