I actually addressed this in my edit and decided to delete it, but since you brought it up...there is no timing for BH right now. Let me clarify, there's no practical timing for BH right now given the how the games have been playing out. I started watching replays heavily again and I am thoroughly convinced given the current strategies being played out, there is no practical timing for BH to hit...at any point in a serious game. The sole reason is this fucking hero: along with some others, but namely that hero.
Why hit a timing for a hero other than Spec? Clinkz is good, but again doesn't see play much cause of Spec, so is Morph, but still loses to Spec late, etc. With the Doom changes, why use BH? VS roams better, as does Tide/ES. AA more sturdy to disruption as team support. Plus you still have SF which as Fearz's Wall has shown if played patiently can pay off a lot of dividend despite a weak early game.
So...BH has nothing going for him despite the buffs and changes. With all the recent hero re-makes, SB shits on BH in particular. Just no reason to use BH until the game changes dramatically, cause right now its all about that mid game timing. At least PotM with good arrows can really strangle the opposing team, not so much for BH even with successful ganking.

More like just tired of seeing a team play well, then the game reaches a stalled state for about 15 mins while the Spectre farms up and just rolls the other team.
