I heard that the pity % stays while ur in the summoning session, so if u have something high like 3.75% and u open a 5star, opening the rest of the orbs also uses that 3.75 so theres a slightly better chance or hitting multiple 5stars if u had a high pity while opening everything For the navarre GHB, really annoyed about the people who are like "here's my 4 5stars heroes, like lucina, effie/hector, azure or Kagero. Map was SUPER easy...." | ||

Also, the Navarre fight feels more challenging, I think I basically just won it by the luck of having characters who could barely survive some dicey attacks (I think Marth had 1 hp and Nowi had 4 at the end). Those AI ninjas are hardcore. | ||

I'm currently leveling up a Death Blow + Drag Back Cordelia & Draw Back Hinoka (who has Swordbreaker 2 because it came with draw back). I'm really excited to get the combo to 40 and into the arena. | ||

Assuming you're referring to the Echoes discussion from last page, Faye is a villager--she can reclass to either Peg Knight or to Cleric, so she can't simultaneously fly and have access to the Again spell. Also, everything wrong with Gaiden is still wrong with this game lol. They made everything amazing except the gameplay, and the gameplay still sucks (and was arguably made worse with stuff like the Warp and Falcoknight nerfs). | ||

There were admittedly a couple of moments I fucked up like letting Desaix hit me before Slayde rushed in, but Mila's Gear was super useful to fix any mistake I made in those fringe scenarios. Overall it's been pretty easy, but summoners and the damned desert map still exist. It's still a really fun game, but it isn't perfect. | ||

I'm not sure how much I agree with that, granted I accidentally picked Normal mode so maybe it's significantly easier than hard mode, but the enemy numbers nor hitrates have really been that bad from what I've seen. | ||

I honestly might just do a normal mode playthrough just to experience the story when the game releases, and not bother with higher difficulties. The game looks amazing when it's not such a huge grind to play, it's just that's not all that often. Also, I'm salty that they nerfed Pegasus Knights and the Warp spell. | ||

I, for one, accept our new Pegasus Knight nerfs. I also am okay with Warp spell nerfs. But how did they nerf Pegasus Knights? I'm actually okay with this, because it did seem like mounted units were always top of the list as far as unit strength went. Ideally, all classes would at least fulfill a niche, and not one class would be strictly better than another. But I'm thinking Normal mode for this game as well. | ||

This for sure is a game I want to try to do on higher difficulties with no grind runs, but yes not being able to rush duma turn 1 and the fact I can't let catria and company kill all the things with no effort is disappointing for sure I can kindof understand warp being nerfed a little, but they went overboard with it Storywise, I just hope they went full Narcian with Slayde + Show Spoiler + and from what I heard about chapter 6...I hope IS knows what it's doing | ||

OG Gaiden let you revive people from the other route at Mila Shrines so you could suicide Silque from Alm's side and revive her on Celica's side. I'm okay with them removing the route swap trick since that always felt like it was unintended in the first place (then again they kept Nosferatu being able to hurt Duma and that was a bug too). The Warp nerf sucks because it doesn't actually fix any of the actual warpskips--you still use Warp to put people over walls/rivers/impassable terrain because those don't depend on warp range. It just nerfs open-field warps that you would do to finish routs on huge open fields faster i.e. where you're not actually breaking anything, but just warping to reduce tedium. | ||
