Or TSM maybe? For some reason I find their play-style more enjoyable. Anyway, I hope it will be a tourney full of awesome CS action. The winner is actually irrelevant to me.
That group b... Hope Liquid can put up some good flights

Ouch, tough for Liquid. Pretty easy prediction overall I'd say: Group A: VP and Na'Vi Group B: Fnatic and TSM. Only upset I'd see would be Cloud9 advancing over VP. I don't think we've seen them play each other recently, so...

Yeah agreed. I'm still not sure if C9 has a fluke currently or are just that good :D If they play like they did at ESWC they COULD top their group. I'm really not sure what I should think about them.
France 9034 Posts
Well, they're on the rise, that's for sure. Now that's another test for their consistency. They didn't end up in the toughest group, but Na'Vi and VP still are tough teams to beat for them. Really looking forward a C9 - VP match

yes they are mediocre. lost 2:0 vs. mouz only a couple days ago, and it was not a close affair. just like this bo1 vs C9. would have been very surprised if they were able to stand against C9 in their current form.

NIP has the material to win against Fnatic but their performance is lackluster on those games.
Analyzing that awp play seems so silly. If he hit the shot and they ended up winning the game they'd be showing the exact same clip and saying how good play it was to go for it when he got the spawn. Zzzz

It was high risk, high reward. Do you think NiP wouldve gotten something done with no risky play in the last 2 rounds

Maybe. It just rubs me in the wrong way when these analysis desks seem to focus on these small details when it was obvious NiPs A site defense was terrible and friberg played it really poorly and was also sacrificed to die alone for no reason. And yeah like Luolis said you have to take risks.Tthey lost 3(?) rounds in a row and saw an opportunity to maybe get an entry to start the round.
Well the last taste will be on their minds, especially if it appears to of determined the game in their minds. He probably can afford to reduce variance especially when the risk is their tournament life and the goal can be achieved other ways. If he was hitting sick shots he would be able to hit sick shots elsewhere as well.
So it's Cloud9 - Fnatic rematch tomorrow, interesting! Let's see if USA is #1

Heard it here first guys! A month ago, NA shouldn't even be invited to tournaments. Now, they're a disappointment if they take 2nd.
No mate. As a huge Jaedong fan after broodwar, i'm just used to 2nd places. right now i have two teams i cheer for, C9 and NIP. Very much looks like C9 will be able to at least get to finals, unlike the other team..

League, back when I followed it they dominated NA and usually lost at international tourneys. Nowadays, they're currently 9th of 10 in NA and will most likely be relegated

Agreed. C9's comm is always really insightfull thanks to Sean Grillz but also so crazy funny :D
If C9 lose, at least they have their looks, unlike Fnatic
That's actually the first black guy in eSports I've seen that isn't in the FGC I just remembered Aphromoo from League
And he's part of the FGC, though I've never heard of him

First map 2-0 or 3-0 for clown9 technical difficulties
0-0 in maps and 2-0 for c9 in rounds. And no idea. EDIT: Ninja'd!

For whatever reason, black dudes trend towards fighting games. SSF and SSBM are much more ethnically diverse than CS or LoL.

ya its at least 2-0
its 2-0, both rounds with fnatic abandonning b site and c9 planting b
Sorry I must have missed the second round then. 2-0 it is.
I don't watch CS very often, but how the hell is there no detriment to Fnatic causing this super awkward long pause? How can equipment fail so often? It's ridiculous.
Its not their computer, it's the organizer's.... how can it be their fault...
It wasn't a headset? Or does the organizer supply the headsets?

I doubt Cloud9 takes train though. But d2 should be doable. I betted small on them, such delicious 4.0 odds.
Really good play. They demolished them on that map.
what is fnatic's results on train? I have never seen them losing on this map.

5 rounds on T side is enough for fnatic imo.
