They go away when you log out though, so if you want to store them, make sure you record video when you play them back :>

- Wide opening in Hollywood at the start goes mostly unused/uncontested. - The path on Volskaya Industries to the second point is just open space - The path to Hanamura's second point Compared to Watchpoint: Gibraltar that is segmented very well and gives many areas to contest. - First round of Ilios is misleading in how truly "open-space"/multi-entry point it is, when in reality; it's all close-quarters and narrow both trying to get on the point and the areas around it. I felt similar with Nepal, but it's improving.

Volskaya does feel very narrow and linear for such a "big" map. Although Im not complaining since it gives me lots of hiding spots as Symmetra for her teleports. Hanamura seems fine to me. Its pretty even when its the second phase. First phase however feels so unbalanced, literally only 1 entry point so defense just focuses on a single chokepoint.

So there was quite a bit of talk in here over spectating in Overwatch, so I figured I'd drop in and give my viewpoint on things. For reference, I currently cast and run production (stream setup, scenes, camera, etc) for the main stream on the GosuGamers weeklies. Currently, we run primarily first person camera on our main stream. The reasons for this are manifold, but the biggest are as follows: 1.) Player Skill - It's very difficult to convey the player skill being displayed when in freecam. While you might get a more complete view of what's going on, you end up losing some degree of appreciation for what's happening. This is most apparent on hitscan characters (ie: tracer/mccree/widow), but also for moments like this: https://www.twitch.tv/gosugamers/v/56192374?t=1h30m38s Not being in first person for a moment like the above would simply be a crime. 2.) Freecam doesn't resemble the played game. - Unlike games like Starcraft or League, the primary Overwatch view as you play the game is first person. This means that large sweeping overhead views feel relatively alien to what people are actually seeing when they're in game themselves. It creates a much larger disconnect between the observed game and the played game. In the long term, that sort of disconnect can definitely alienate potential viewers. 3.) General Feedback - We had constant complaints/feedback about people wanting dramatically more first person back when we ran primarily freecam. Everything from general chat in Twitch, to big names from other games PM'ing behind the scenes with feedback for focusing on first person. There's definitely a split in preference between first person / freecam, but my (highly unscientific) view probably puts it somewhere in the realm of 80% / 20% split in favor of first person. In where we'd be making far more people unhappy by switching to freecam than vica versa. I think ideally some sort of minimap or picture in picture feature would be great for showing a more complete picture of a game without sacrificing all of the benefits of first person. But until that feature comes in I think our hands are somewhat tied as to what to do with the camera. That said, I think our game sense at figuring out when plays are going to happen has improved greatly since the beginning and hopefully will continue to improve in time

One thing Im kinda bothered with is the "staying in consecutive games for more exp" thing. I usually like to refresh my games and search for a new host of people to play with. I dont really like the idea of playing with the same majority of people over and over again, feels stagnant to me for some reason. Also I just saw the new Reaper skin... HOT DAMN YESS BLIZZ THANK U.

And valid point about keeping it fresh though hmmm. Love The B.Va skin ! and yes you get still thrown into half played matches and you get rewarded for staying in them. So if you like your loot boxes, don't leave .

I feel like if I dont play 76 (my main) its gonna be a really really bad game. And even if I start playing 76, I have to put on my super tryhard pants. And when it reaches that point--I get exhausted from at least 2 games of tryhardness and have to take a break. And having to take a break from Overwatch because it mentally exhausts me is something that Id like to avoid with my free time. /end rant Anyways. Im exploring new heroes. Zenyatta right now is actually so fun. I started playing with him cause I got the Ra skin, its so sick looking! Only thing I dislike about him now is how I have to keep spamming his orb of discord since it returns to you after they LOS for a bit. Other than that, such a glass cannon type of hero. Really fits my style.
