I know in scrims i played it was 1 eco after a lost pistol round unless you were buying kevlar/deagle or some shit.
It seems alot more snowbally with it requiring huge plays or you're down 3 rounds from basically losing 1. IDK about the 1.6 days, but I know that if terrorists loses pistol or the eco afterwards but manages to get the bomb planted, they usually buy on R3
Idk, ive just not seen one lost pistol round where it hasnt ended up with 2 eco rounds after it, except this last game with NiP's huge play, which was a R3 eco for VP instead lol.
Seems a bit harsh of a disadvantage for just 1 round really.

Crowd is something impressive. For esports in general.

250K?! That's huge. The audience for competitve RTS's really must be going down I wish Quake was still popular, those 1v1 matches were so hype during IEM previously.

Those 250k are crowd funded through ingame purchases of "Esports Cases and Esports Keys" which unlock gun skins. This is the second 250k CSGO tournament funded by this, the first was DH Winter

Maybe they thought they had them figured out? Like Titan in the group stages, where they were commenting on VP vs HR match and said they now know everything VP can throw at them on Mirage.

I think it should be, i dont think NiP is tilting more then they let VP play their best map while they are in burning form and morale overflowing from the crowd.
NiP are also fucking ridiculous on inferno and should pull it back. As long as they arent tilting

Lol, that guy facebombing the crowd camera

That's really cool. Is SC2 the only esport that doesn't ustilise crowd funding now? Sure seems like it.

Apparently NiP haven't played Mirage a lot so VP couldn't study NiP on that map, while VP had played it lots recently. Commentators said NiP spent lots of time yesterday trying to figure out counter-strats for VPs Mirage.
I was a good plan tbh but failed.

Listening to NiP's comms they did have VP figured out, they just got really out-aimed on CT.
