Locks can cast Incinerate, shadow bolt and malefic grasp on the move with kil'jaeden's cunning which is getting nerfed heavilu. Currently, fel flame is getting removed in wod.
Frost mages are losing instant cast brain freeze (they have more instants compared to arcane and fire anyway and can dps almost optimally on the move).
Elemental shamans i believe are losing lightning bolt on the move.
Also, shall i remove the mod note since both guilds seem very inactive?
Again, I'm not quite sure if that's actually the case. Warlocks were the kings of 5.4, but that has more to do with their overall utility + damage (inhale/exhale soul swapping being ridiculous with trinket scaling) rather than being a problem with ranged dps. Pvp is a different beast, but in pve, if you actually wanted to play optimally and be competitive on the charts as a non-hunter ranged dps, you pretty much had to use rather immobile spells and spec for immobility.

Playing optimally is the key word (which is the perspective that I'm coming from). Most high-end locks didn't take KJC, and rarely used fel flame. Brain freeze is a proc, so I thought was out of the realm of discussion, and frost mages certainly cannot dps optimally on the move. For most of the fights in Soo, as a frost mage, I spend at least 50% of the time as a frostbolt turret. That's not even close to being mobile. Fire is a much more mobile spec.
On movement heavy fights, locks do pick up KJC...as a frost mage sure you spend a lot of time turreting, but again with all our procs combined with ice floes it's really easy to keep good dps while running imo (more so then arcane).
Hmm...I think the general point that I wanted to get across is that, for those non-hunter ranged dps who want to play optimally, WoD isn't going to change much compared to MoP in terms of play-style. Brain freeze being one more cast on top of all the frostbolts that we already have to cast isn't a big deal, and neither is KJC's nerf when most locks take double dark soul for almost all of the fights anyways.

I think many of us are just waiting for WoD at this point. The problem is that no one really wants to deal with recruitment, since I highly doubt we'll get enough active TL'ers to do Mythic raiding on either NA or EU, which requires 20 people + some extras to sub in for contingencies.

Nice to see your inputs guys. I was just fearing removing lighting bold could hurt my mana regaining spell and also i only do solo dungeons so... it's nive to shoot on the move :p
So basicly they are doing some kind of revamp to vanilla version of spell ? Like their functionality and the way they are casted ? Also i didn't really get the scalling thing
I think i understand that levels will be more progressive like a 80 character will not have 300K HP difference with a 85lvel ?
Guilds are inactive yes, logged my priest and was the only one online on the TL Guild (well i logged only one time to be honest).
Didn't check stream for now but does Garrisons looks like Heroes of might and magic ? More Warcraft/Starcraft like ?

Don't think mana is an issue yet, was watching a feral druid (Sodapoppin) spam healing touch as feral and his mana regen was insane :s He can in MoP cast about 6-7 Healing Touches before oom on Alpha he was at like 20

HP is more like Cataclysm hp i think, it isn't squished enough imo. At level 90 on the Alpha in full greens your around 55k-60k hp. You will probably add around 5k hp per level? Im not sure haven't really looked into that. Damage in greens is like 4-5k crits

See, I'm OK with lifegripping people into snails and off the edge, but trolling during boss battles in the age of boosted 90s is a great way to waste time.
