EPTThe Warcraft trailer though . . . I don't know. I mean I'm gonna see it regardless but my expectactions have been lowered and thats a good thing I think. Also good that they didn't suffer from the "SHOW EVERYTHING! SPOIL EVERYTHING!" that people tend to do with their trailers.

The Broken Isles will let you do the four leveling zones in any order you want, as all of the zones scale. damn yes, excellent :D ------ Legion will have ongoing world quests that are constantly changing. Varied reasons, gameplay, and rewards. Objectives will last from hours to an entire week depending on how important it is. -I think part of the problem is such a huge distinction between "leveling content" and "content". You just do the leveling stuff and it's done and you never see 80% of the continent ever again because there's no meaningful reason to I actually enjoy fighting stuff in the world for longish-term objectives - "kill 1 million orcs on the server and the gates of hellfire will be breached!"- | ||

I am kinda repulsed by the Summer 2016 release date. I'm not a fan of WoD, but I thought the point of the 2-tier year long expansion is that we wouldnt have to wait so long in between expansions in exchange for getting less content, and it just feels its the worst of both worlds. The good news is that I have a gut feeling it's going to come out earlier. Usually they put out the cinematic 2 months or so before launch, and they said beta is after a few weeks from Blizzcon. I may be way too optimistic but that's what I hope happens. | ||

The other redeeming thing, is they said 7.0 which is supposed to contain some zone or some big event is going to be before the xpansion. So that's something along with getting my hands on the demon hunter class. Oh well. | ||

I learned my lesson from WoD. I refuse to be excited or hyped from the crap they announce until things become final. | ||

I was a pretty hardcore raider back then (Top 3 Guilds on my Server) and we still were progressing Black Temple when Sunwell Came out. And that was because, there were no catchups. You had to fucking kill KJ and Vashj before you could enter Hyjal. That was one of the best Raids ever. When we killed KJ got ourselfs attuned and then just 1-shooted the first 4 bosses in Hyjal. If they were attunement quests/requirements some people would probably still progress in BRF or just started HFC and that would make it way more fun, because skipping content removes so much from the Game. | ||
