I need 8 this coming reset (in about 6-7 hours) to finish my ring.. a 61.54% droprate would average 8 of them, while a 50% drop rate would average only 6.5 The difference between 50% and 60% drop rate would mean tripled odds of being able to get the ring today, so my current knowledge about the drop rates is inadequate

Run the dungeon, collect your tomes, and celebrate your luck! Or if you don´t get enough, curse your luck. In either case, the exact drop chance is not going to help you, unless you are placing a bet on you getting your legendary ring today.

![]() ![]() At least i could run like the easy bosses, it's not like you have to kill all 13 to see if you rolled well or not. If you kill four and get no drops, you're screwed unless you have insane luck On that mythic video: Huh, it seems like they replaced the entire hard part of the fight. Generally, the fight is fine at 100-30% and then on normal/heroic it becomes chaos Still no flying patch? Wow, it's been a while. When they said the hard rep would take 2 to 3 weeks and limit people, i thought they would have the patch up by then. We're on like week 6 now~

+ Show Spoiler + Khadgar isn't really Khadgar, but Medivh in disguise. His single-minded quest to stop Gul'dan is the result of Medivh's obsessive desire to correct and avert what he sees as his greatest mistake. But Medivh isn't really Medivh, he's actually Aegwynn from an parallel universe. She's posing as Medivh posing as Khadgar in order to hide in plain sight while executing a nefarious plan to merge our universe with hers. It's the only way she can see to save her universe from the Legion, making her a tragic villain. Except Aegwynn is actually possessed by Sargeras, and he's subverting Alternative Aegwynn's plan so that he can open a hole between the universes and call on support from the Legion in the alternative, Legion-dominated universe. However, Turalyonian Half-Elves from a future where Sargeras succeeds travel back in time to stop him, led by Anivtha Windrunner, granddaugher of Turalyon and Alleria. They bring with them a shard from the shattered core of Azeroth itself, a relic of unimaginable power with which they hope to destroy Sargeras once and for all. Little do they know that the core itself was tainted with the last remnants of Yogg'Saron's insanity, brought there by Tyr while we were fighting the Lich King. When the Half-Elves poor magical energy into the core they revive Yogg'Saron, who takes the Deadmines for his new abode and twist the Defias to his service. Desperate to save her mother from the clutches of the old god, Violet VanCleef sets out on a quest to destroy it once and for all and reclaim the Defias for her own. Despite the looming threat, neither the Alliance nor the Horde are remotely interested in helping save a bandit leader, and the task falls to the heroes of Azeroth. But even as the threat of Yogg'Saron grows within Westfall, Zul'jin has reappeared in the Ghostlands once again! Now missing both arms and eyes, he has sworn terrible vengeance on all Azeroth, though he holds particular animosity toward Vol'jin. Can Vol'jin and the Horde stop him once again, or will the Alliance put down this troll threat once and for all? Find out next expansion in World of Warcraft!

Its not because of the leaks, I assume every single one of them to be fake. The reason for Gamescom instead of Blizzcon is timing. By releasing info now they can start Alpha/beta without fear of spoiling the title. Waiting for Blizzcon in Novermber means your looking at 1 year of HFC before 7.0 which is something they are working hard to prevent this time.

Less than two weeks as well. Source They can't leave the expansion to be hyped at blizzcon and launch at usual time. They just can't. They won't have any subscribers left by then. Hopefully the massive amount of people they hired has had time to catch up and become productive, and get alot of good work done on this next expansion, so that it's actually done and not rushed, Because if it's another rushed expansion, WoW is going to have problems. If it's amazing... we will see.

Gamescom was already speculated for a while. Its not because of the leaks, I assume every single one of them to be fake. The reason for Gamescom instead of Blizzcon is timing. They've been making announcements about sending a bunch of WoW devs and media site people for like a week or two by now, good to see it 100% official confirmed though. We'll see the next expansion in a week (: i just hope it makes me feel more like TBC/WOTLK/Cata trailers than panda (which i had negative hype for) and WOD (trailer was cool but concept not as exciting to me as the others) A 2 year expansion with them adding one tier after launch wouldn't work. WOTLK added tier 8, tier 9, tier 10 and then ruby sanctum to make it to 2 years and people still complained about content drought because of the way it came out and because t9 and ruby sanctum were not liked by a lot of people (i'm happy for it, a fair balance of development time IMO) with only 1 added tier i hope like february-april release, maybe a few months later with another mini raid

Blizzard was very clear when WoD launched that this would be a 1 year expansion. Now of course they have claimed this goal before so everyone was very skeptical of it but the surprise now is not that there is already a new expansion coming but that they are indeed managing their goal for once. Now the drop during MoP and perhaps before may have influences them in really going for the 1y expo but post 6.0 numbers have had no real influence on it imo.
