not done them in years and they were easier than back in the day with fresh 80's
at least the WOTLK scaling was pretty good. The difficulty was somewhere between "hey i just hit 80 in quest greens" and "everyone has tier9-10 shit" - unlike TBC timewalking weekend, where everything had a small fraction of the health yet we did just as much damage. That took less time but it was way more boring IMO.
Done two wrath timewalkings now, feels much better than the Black Morass I did 2 weeks ago. Damage is on a good level, hp is a bit high, I have 45k as a tank, didn't have that until totc/icc...

Keristrasza has failable mechanics though. If you have to heal tail swipe, breath on dps, no help w/ dispelling root, everyone standing still, it can be a challenge to heal even on normal in heirlooms. Few dungeon bosses have that many, if any at all.
Died through all of a Gorefiend fight in Citadel, lfr crew beat him but I got no loot, and used my new token from the Timewarped Dungeoning to get a meager 26 gold.
The only thing that killed a group in timewalk was the spider you have to decast in the first two rooms of Ankhhanet. There's so much broken stuff, like in utgard for the last boss, as a mage i could teleport while he stuns you and continue to hit him as he unveiled his statues.
Also i think that 160ilevel is lower than ICC but it does feal like we are overstuff for LK timewarp. Hey it's the begining of it. Blizzard wiill modify it. Can't wait to have timewarp raids

What they need to do is make timewalking a standard mechanic; you can choose to automatically timewalk in any dungeon to the party leader's level (allowing you to run dungeons with lower level friends) and you can also just choose to timewalk any instance if you want to, regardless of player levels (this would allow you to run old raids and dungeons for fun). Keep the event that gives out loot and other rewards as it is, but allow us to timewalk whenever.
The thing is the downscaling in timewarp is inconsistent.
Enchants are barely downscaled (from 50 to 39 for example), gems are not at all I believe. I think this is a big reason why it seems so easy with lvl 100 characters. When I played with my holy paladin smurf without enchants I had to use a big cd on almost every trash goup just to keep the tank alive. Although he was also not using his stuff I guess.
Also it seems like you have almost infinite mana. You can play with 100% flash of light or healing surge spam.
I agree with Stratos_spear. It would be really cool but as an option yes.
Redox, there's also haste that doesn't seem to be downscale. I have the same casting speed and as a mage i don't even know what the blue bar means. Mana you said ? i dunno. even in raid i'm always full mana. The only spell that drain mana is the "stealing spell". For me mana seems to be useless.
The only character that seem to lose mana is the demonist (warlock ?). Also battle rez keeps the difficulty reaaaallly low. Since a lot of characters have one.

Play Arcane and you will know what the bar means. Most dps ignore mana these days and I believe that is by design.

Yeah mana is a thing for healers. If it gets infinite healing becomes quite boring. Several spells are only used because they save you mana.

That's kind of lame though
I know Arcane is powerfull but i don't find playing it funny. I like my icicles.
I don't remember losing a lot of mana with my priest. I don't play it that often though and i'm not level 100 with it.
