Fel Lord wasn't very difficult for us.
We oneshot Socrethar and Fel Lord, two bosses in the later half of the instance but we took an hour and a half to clear the trash and kill Velhari. I'm thinking some minor tuning issues with phase 2 (the aura seems to stack up very fast, quickly getting it so you can't be healed over like 15-30% of max hp) as well as being a little unintuitive overall - that was on normal mode with a strong and relatively geared raid (avg about 690)
AFAIK, Velhari and the boss before her are completely optional. My advice would be to skip them, unless Mannoroth is really hard - she doesn't drop tier, IDK if the boss before her does or not either

Mannoroth was 1 shotting tanks on the PTR. Not a ton of guilds have killed him on heroic yet, I'm not sure how he's tuned. Archimonde is apparently tuned much better, because from what I was seeing on the PTR he wasn't that hard, so they must have really bumped his numbers.

you mean one shot with AA, or just some ability that comes up too often to have a CD or external CD on it?
i don't remember stuff in highmaul taking this long to kill, but back then you could gear with BoE's and walk straight into heroic like you owned the place if you was a high end guild. I was surprised to see people stuck at 12/13 hc after 4 days

I did the last BRF rune quests on patch day after the reset into hfc week 1. I went and handed all of the legendary quests in, only to be met with another quest asking for blackhand's arm - but i'd already killed him that reset to get the runes faster (could have killed other bosses) and when i killed him again, no arm. No time to test non-LFR to see if it would work there, so i missed the entire first week too.
hating myself, since i somehow managed to perfectly line up 12 weeks of pre-quests to finish literally on patch day.

rares in tanaan are too fucking rare. takes forever to do this daily with 10 corrupted fel apexis shit
spirit lodge rune that procs in combat that you have to stand in, is fucking hilarious for spriest. gives +100% crit, so every swp tick on all the mobs you just pulled gives an orb :D so much plague spam, so much self heal.

Wow, i always thought spirit lodge is useless because its only a portal and i might as well fly. But your comment made me switch my war mill to a spirit lodge and holy shit how did i ever live without it? I already love the miniportals inside the garrison and the work order is better than war mill too.

A guy just told me that the things you get from work orders there a couple times a day can be used to instantly complete naval missions, even the 48hr+ ones. I replaced my dwarven bunker on the spot

Correct. Mage Tower/Spirit Lodge gives Mission completion orders.
It has been one of the better choices since 6.1 orso when they added the work orders, it produces more Apexis per week then the cost for the 3 seals from the Ashran vendor aswell.

killed archimonde yesterday (only normal mind you) but seems pretty nicely tuned, people under 690 will probably have a hard time there if they play it as wrong as we did :D tooks us 10 wipes, every other boss was 1shot

How was the fight? 10 wipes seems quite easy considering that he's barely been killed once on Heroic and usually/always normal to heroic is just a numbers buff without changes to mechanics

It's worth noting that the drop rate of the mission complete orders seems to have been reduced in 6.2. I've not gotten a single one since the patch dropped
The apexis crystals stills makes it pretty much just better than the war mill though

I got my instant mission completion thing from the 3'rd or 4'th work order from mage tower and then used it on 48 hour cache mission. Succeeded with 90% (i heard you can re-do it if you fail, and i had just built like 6-7 submarines trying to get another one to rare quality with a human crew to 100% the mission, but it got destroyed on ~65% mission to take it from uncommon to rare)
unusable item sadly, 695 helm when i already have 691 tier with better stats

Spirit lodge op, got one of those instant finish mission items, used to finish my cache mission that just failed, got warforged 711 shoulders that drop from archimonde :D

Ok, exam time is starting again, so naturally retarded asshole SixStrings had to re-activate his WoW account.
I enjoyed levelling from 85 to 100 a lot, but now there are a hundred different things to do and I don't know where to start.
I got a couple of legendary quests, but I can't do Heroic dungeons yet.

Day of patch I had 21 orders ready to go. Netted me 9 completion orders. Since then I've had work orders going and gotten 4 more. Didn't notice a huge drop in the drop rate.
They really help though. Level 2 shipyard and finished 2 pieces of legendary quest and 7 treasure quests already.

2nd raid, 1 shot socrethar and zakuun, 2 shot xhul, bunch of wipes on tyrant and now got mannoroth to 10%
so far i really like this raid
1% wipe
mid next try, one tank's subscription runs out and he can't resub >_> called a night there
