It just seems like they didnt achieve much progress gameplaywise within a year of development because redoing everything just takes so much time. Yeah everything looks a bit more fancy, inventory and server architecture works differently but the game is still the same minus core features like vehicles. | ||

What is written in this post is very different from what he was talking about on stream. For example: *Server FPS is stable at the levels we have been testing (40-50 FPS with ~10 to 20 players, 15000 loot items, 1000 zombies). I think DayZ is going to be a massive let down though. Such a long delay from when the game was super popular and now that it's pretty much dead they are going to maybe release it soon after most of the hype is gone. I really really have high hopes for it but when I get my hopes up for a game I'm always let down. | ||
