Btw guys am i reading this correctly? Warrior weapons:
Basically right now, crafted with 2 rune slots is affordable. Something like fusion+fire is somewhat often up for ~4 plat. Crafted sword with 3 rune slots is prohibitively expensive, and everyone after-patch will be able to not only craft 2-slot swords guaranteed and then add a slot, but reroll so it's useless paying 20 plat for a 3-slot sword.
Crafted swords with 4 rune slots are extremely rare and also when they're up usually ridiculously expensive
But after patch.. That epic drop from WOTW will be able to be upgraded to 5 rune slots.
Crafted drop will cap at 3, with the exception of buying 4-slot versions for very high prices pre-patch - and with limited rune re-rolls, you won't be able to get optimal slots this way unless you spend a LOT of plat, i think.
Should i go and farm out Meteoric Slivers from WOTW?
This would give following stats changes:
+4 AP
-18 Brutality (from a 90 brut rolled crafted, many of them are 70-80 due to power cores.. it actually has 2 more brutality than my current sword and some on the AH)
+40 moxie
+28 crit hit rating
+33 critical severity rating
+2 rune slots and the ability to farm it out to get better slots
-LOSS OF IMPACT PROC
Also btw.. yknow i said my elder gems reset around sunday? They just reset AGAIN. I have more gems than i'm supposed to.. Sadly it's only a few because i barely played sunday, mon, tues and i was mostly circle mining in that time
Also i'm aware that this is probably not a great use of time, i just don't have much else exciting to do solo when everyone is sleeping, working or raiding and there is something oddly appealing about a nice epic sword with 5 rune slots 
Pre-raid BIS Gear:
Sword: Discussed above, i have crafted^
Legs, head, chest, feet - crafted, owned.
Hands - world drop, costs like 50 plat because BIS - second best is crafted, owned
Shoulders - crafted, owned
Shield - ??? some confusion here
Weapon attachment: I have second best, aparantly there's a slightly better one from one of the Malgrave routes. Mine is epic and i think it's better after-patch though - not certain. I'm probably not gonna farm the malgrave one.
Implant: #1 and #2 are world drops, probably prohibitively expensive. Maybe something to earn money for. #3 is Elyona so i'l check the drop chance and farm that, i'l see what to do about this in the future.
Support system: #1 is crafted, probably won't be post-patch. #2 is pretty close to mine.. Would gain 10 brutality at the cost of 14 finesse and the special (which is pretty worthless)
Gadget: Owned
^That's not actually so bad. I thought my gear was worse, but it's mostly a case of optimization. This gear list is at least a little bit out of date, though

For stalkers, Stormburst Barrier >> Berserker Aegis (despite listed otherwise) because our brutality mastery makes it so that 1 brut = 0.65 AP instead of 0.5 AP. If warriors have something similar, a 4-slot Barrier is better than the aegis. It's incredibly rare though. I saw it drop once in STL, won the roll, and it had 4 slots...... Lucky 
I still need 4 epics from adventures despite running them all 20+ times. I've kinda given up hope, they're also not necessary. I'm doing fine in GA with only 3 purples. Granted some people in the raid did get all the purples and are over-geared, so that helps.
But yeah, you can forget about "farming" meteoric slivers for better rune slots, if it drops once you can count yourself lucky 
Have you considered PvP as a thing to do? If you still have a free LAS I can recommend it. I just finished farming & runing my starter blues that I got from practice battlegrounds. Once the PvP fix goes live and the gear gap is closed I'll start doing rated. It was more fun than I expected and there's always the small chance of reaching 1800 and getting a great weapon.
I might have trials to hand out, how do I check?

I have a stormburst barrier thankfully - not BiS right now, but post patch that BoE will have 3 sockets (instead of 4 guaranteed) and stormburst will have 5 (instead of 2) so i'm quite happy with that item.
PVP i have not considered, because i have heard so many horror stories about the matchmaking/queuing etc and because i didn't have fun in world pvp and battlegrounds (people seem to lag and teleport around there, even though i have no problems like that with PVE and it doesn't seem to happen in arenas) - post-patch it might be something to do

Also, i mathed.. with the assumptions of silver medal average (40 epics per 100 adventures) if i can math correctly, i'd have to run it 40 times just to achieve an 80% chance of having seen it drop once, before dealing with winning the roll. I guess you're right, i assumed it to be far far far more farmable than that.
At least i could get five drops in 5 days.. assuming 6.5 hours in wotw/day and insta-queue lmao

Why would the PvP weapon be weaker? I believe they will increase the PvP values on the 1200 and 1500 gear, but the AP on the 1800 weapon stays the same (hundreds above what I have now )
Granted once you beat the 5th boss in GA you can buy a weapon from the EG vendor that is better, but that'll be some weeks away.

I meant to delete that part because i wasn't sure on the math, but it's actually different class to class. Warrior has far less of an AP difference between crafted/drop weapons and the pvp weapon, i'd assume

They've said several times they want to fix the fact that the 1800 pvp weapons are the best pre ohmna pve weapons in the game. Although they still haven't hinted at a timeframe, so I doubt it'll be next patch.
On another note, THEY STILL HAVEN'T FIXED THE SS COOLDOWN BUG...
It's a visual cd bug, everyone knows why and how it happens, and yet it's now been more then 3 weeks in a row where I have no way of knowing if my interrupt is actually off cooldown, or if the bar at the bottom is just bugging again. I basically can't interrupt stuff as a dps SS without risking randomly dying because it wasn't actually off cooldown -.-

Bis gear is overrated. The reason why almost all my gear is crafted is because I had them crafted 200 or so times almost each in order to get 3 assault power slots or more on each of them.
Granted there isn't much you can do about the primacy of the pvp weapon before convergence and ohmna. 100 extra ap and a guaranteed 3 fire slots is something you just can't pass up. (the special on it is worth 40 or so ap its been calculated)
I roll at 2100 ap or so on my warrior and anything more is hard to justify before the rune slot changes even with GA gear.
Downed ohmna btw. Its a hell of a fight and something I won't forget. Its the fulfillment of the promise that the game has, pity its such a small part of the game that delivers on it. I honestly can't justify playing it any more until the next drop or raiding nights to get other people through for DS.

Oh really? I have 1558 - where am i going horribly wrong? I listed most of the gear i have recently in this thread - i'm not runed, how much will that give me and what are costs like?
Also, does anyone have a rundown of warrior tanking post-drop-3?
The best warrior tanks by far that i've seen were all using Assault Power, not support power - but that confuses me in terms of itemization. Obviously they were using AP weapons with that, but then what else? What kind of builds? Is that all invalid with drop 3 changes?

Everything about your post makes me cry on the inside deeply. I have crafted full brut shoulders helm feet(dasher I'll tell you later why) with 3 assult power slots (fire or fusion) an 1800 pvp wep with 3 assult power runes on it (that makes me laugh that its random now but you should still roll it until you get 3 fire or fusion slots) then I have a rocktown set of pants with 2 fire 2 air runes (for strikethrough) a pirates bane with 3 fire or fusion slots and an air. My gloves are the heavy grim grim assault power gloves and I've got an overcharged pell databoard (with 70 assult power) and my weapon attachment is a fury with 3 assault power slots. Its not a BIS but its got the fire or fusion slots I want.
You need to be runeing your gear before you do dungeons seriously. Anything other then fire or fusion right now is a complete waste. granted you need 6% strikethrough. The assault power runes for fire are going to be expensive I won't lie. you'll need 3 intracate runes and an augmented rune which should end up at around 50g each. assault power for a second fusion slot is going to be about a plat beacuse you'll either need a shadow blast rune or a firestarter rune.
Assult power is really all that matters after your 6% strike through. all this discussion is fairly moot uptime on the boss is 60% of the difference between a good raider dps and a bad raider dps. I'd say the rest is 20% gear 10% exp 5% shutting the fuck on on coms you iliterate jersey kid son of a bitch no one cares and 5% keeping your rotation up *smackdown power link defense grid with your dps abilities"/
