About 5 minutes before the first ETA is supposed to hit you, burn all your resources into making clubbers. Any spare resource you have left over that you can't spend on clubbers, you want to send away to an ally using merchants. Most importantly, you don't want your clubbers at home when the attacks occurs. It's much better to lose resources at this point than to lose units. Talk to Aether about it.
