In theory it has the potential to be nice, but just like origin and most EA stuff, its implementation is horrible. Currently it's even lacking a handful of extremely basic features it had for BF3, such as live score updates for servers, platoons etc. | ||

Clicking it once a second or two beforehand will still register; an extra second of patience to confirm your click is worth saving you the trouble of having to restart the game.... | ||

Nah I was just playing normally and it was where the sounds just get stuck in a loop and the screen freezes. | ||

I've been having that issue, but i finally managed to solve it. I uninstalled microsoft visual c++ 2010 & 2012, reinstall 2012. Then i went into BF4 folder, _installation, there's a directx installation. I installed that, and finally my crashes stopped. I had 6hrs of no-crash. | ||

I love C4ing my ATV and running into tanks. I find the Engineer is just too weak vs. vehicles thus far. But I've only unlocked two RPG-like weapons. | ||

I figured it out though, its because we can no longer see the progress of our damage done via the "Disabled" mechanic. When you disabled a vehicle you know next hit will take it out. Now we have no idea to know. C4 at least you know it's a guaranteed kill once you have 2 C4 on their ass, or 3 anywhere. | ||

I did it with Recon, but since you can't resupply unless someone else drops you an ammo box. So you only get to ATV-C4 one tank each death | ||

Is probably my fave so far. I've been playing alot of domination in BF4 and the maps are really good for it but some spawns like always are better than others. | ||

First and last DICE game I buy... Unfortunately it is typical DICE though. Battlefield 2, 3 and 4 had launch woes, game breaking bugs/crashes. They did get better with it. I still consider BF4"s launch better then 3's but that says more about DICE then it being a great launch. I'm sure in a few weeks/months everything will be fine. It does not excuse Dice of course but it's definitely nothing new. | ||
