It's a lot of fun so far. All I need are some friends to get it now lol. I've played some Lol, but I never really had fun playing it. Just wasn't really for me, but I stayed there a while because other friends played it and it was fun just playing something with them. But playing this, I had fun almost immediately. I guess it's just having a third person perspective and being able to aim and use WASD, all that makes me feel really in control of my character. This feels like there's more action to it than Lol which I find great, and having to aim every shot feels awesome too. Other than that, it feels very similar to Lol. I don't have enough experience in the game to speak on balance, but let's just say that I don't know how to deal with Hades yet. But I'll keep trying. Nothing else seemed off yet. The Minotaur is awesome. I love the idea of having to protect something that fights back. However, he seems to be too weak. I feel he needs a buff, or perhaps allow it to regen health at a steady pace when out of combat. It just felt impossible to defend it once the enemy is in. The creeps just go at it and wave after wave is deflected, but the Minotaur gets weaker and weaker. There didn't seem to be much of a chance to counter attack after defending from my experience but again I've had a very brief experience. The vibe is great. Miles beyond Lol imo. Even though this is very much just my opinion, it seems to have a consistent feel that fits with everything. I don't think Lol really has that. I just really enjoy the whole polytheistic scene. Gods and warrior soldiers, and mythology. Not to mention that it looks beautiful(most youtube vids I saw before buying didn't do it justice). I've always hated Lol's vibe. Just not for me. All these weird little whothehellknows guys fighting it out. A very Fairy Land feel is what I get from it. Smite seems to be a bit darker and more mature. | ||

I've found most players in this game have no idea how to handle a jungler early on or the whole ganking aspect. | ||

i've played sun wukong and the archer, both times i annihilated the team, i think on sun wukong i went like 20/4 or something stupid. he's pretty OP in my eyes, has fun abilities tho. the skill commands just seem kind of clunky to me | ||

The skill command takes some used to get to, but it is the closed beta remember  Glad you had some fun though.I will be streaming this soon if anyone wants to check it out before trying to get into the beta. | ||
