Thanks, that select tip will definitely be worth it.
Just beat Nito, the guy is not that hard after all, if you don't aggro the big skeletons. Trying to get summoned now to assist others with him, but I'm not getting any.
I think I'm too high lvl right now (lvl 84) as I it seems I can't get summoned nor invaded. I've been hanging in Dark Anor Londo waiting for Darkmoon covenant to invade but nothing happens. Also, no invasions in the Garden (probably because I killed Sif?). I've tried placing red summon sign at few places but nothing happens.

White Sign should still work in an area where you've killed the boss, but I don't think you'll get any invaders, covenant or otherwise. I would say this with more certainty, since I'm almost positive if you've killed the boss you can't be invaded, but I have Red Orb invaded people in Dark Anor Londo when I think back about it... which is weird... Hopefully someone else can give more insight.
Also, your level like you said, is probably related. If you're still in NG, 84 is really high haha.

Yeah, this is also one thing I've been wandering. I know that I can't get invaded if I killed the area boss, but does that apply to all forms of invasions? Meaning can't darkmoons find me in book of guilty and invade if I killed the area boss? Can I get invaded in dark anor londo if I killed gwyndolin?
Can darkwraiths invade no matter if the host killed the boss or not?
I have only four kings to beat, and then I'm going to clear DLC area and proceed to finish the game. And then NG+. And after that I will probably roll a sorceress.

I've noticed something. In the Valley of Drakes, at the entrance to Blighttown and the New Londo Ruins, there's a little ledge on one side that you can use to jump over to the other one where the Undead Dragon is.
I've gone by this place... and there was a body with loot on it that I hadn't seen before (can't remember what the loot was now). Is there some lore associated with this that I've missed?

Afaik you are dependent on finding a white summon sign or someone finding yours. The levels of both players need to be close to each other as well. Of course if you have a friend who is within a couple levels as you than co-op is no problem, but it's a pretty round-about way of doing co-op.

Try farm a silver knight spear first from anor londo before nito. You need to get rid of the 3 small skellies in the beginning then you can just 1v1 nito easily.
For invasions, not everyone is gonna waste a ring slot to wear the darkmoon ring. Same thing with garden, it depends on luck. Most invasions happen during first play through because people are lower level and can afford to invade. In NG and NG+, people go to Kiln of the first flame for invasion/pvp. You can also try ooalcile township or the pvp arena. Undead burg is also popular, outside the bonfire.

It applies to almost all invasions. All players you invade are human(not hollow), this is always true. The area boss must not be killed in all invasion types EXCEPT for the darkmoon blade covenent ring. This ring invades someone who has darkened anor londo by killing gwynevere, even if they have also killed gwyndolin, and does not announce that the person has been invaded

Is it weird that I really love playing this game, but I don't play it often because it stresses me out a lot?

Yes, kind of. The body with loot has the + Show Spoiler +Witch's Set and Beatrice Catalyst after you beat the Four Kings and Moonlight Butterfly . She is an npc you can summon for + Show Spoiler +the Moonlight Butterfly and Four Kings(only if you summoned her before for MB) bosses , but there is little in the way of lore that is known about her besides the descriptions from her loot, which describe her as a rouge witch who is not of the vinheim dragon school. She's also the only known person to traverse the abyss besides artorias and the player. She's an intriguing mystery.

i found an entrance to the valley of drakes in the darkroot forest, or whatever it's called. it's a long long windy road and a silver knight in the way other than that ezpz. It's right at the entrance.

Alright I just got this and I'm wondering some stuff. I saw a dude jump in a Let's Play. Not jump attack, just jump. How the fuck can I do that with mouse+keyboard? (And no, no money for a gamepad). Also, how can I view information about stuff on the stats/inventory screen?, I just can't seem to find a way to do it.
The game is great, but it's a damn shame developers didn't take the time to adapt to KB+mouse controls, the most versatile control scheme ever known to gaming just wasted by a lazy developer... I guess someone will find a way to mod this, it only took a dude 23 mins to mod the graphics

From Software is far from lazy
To jump (with a controler) you have to hold down the dodge button to run and then tab it to jump while running. I guess same applies to MK controls.

Dark Souls simply isn't designed for a mouse and keyboard. When their next game comes out, even if they plan on porting to PC right from the start, I expect it to control in much the same way. And I won't mind, because it makes sense.

I know that, I thought he was mentioning something entirely new...

Control is fine once you get used to it. They just need to fix the target cycle glitch.

WTF WTF? OMG!
I don't know if all of you know what this means! The Japanese have learned to program for the PC! This is wonderful news!
God damn about time From Software — now just make a good Armored core for the PC; Maybe even just a game that take's advantage of PC hardware (such as mouse).
