But I just don't get it why the game triggered this sequence, I didn't enter izalith from centipede room, but spent 30 humanity and took a shortcut. And there he was, waiting with a sun maggot on his head. Tells a lot about the game that I feel sad now. Sunbros for life. Edit: and I would also recommend Xbox controller for PC, it's really good and I have already played both Darksiders with it, both Batmans, LA Noire and so on...there's more and more multiplatform games that are just meant to be played with controller and this one is really good. Before it I had Logitech Rumblepad 2, but Xbox controller is much better, and the price is not that high | ||

People are saying that talking with him after centipede actually counts as entering izalith, which triggers hollow solaire, but since I didn't do that, now I'm quite puzzled. it just gets annoying - i have been practicing parrying by going to various mobs who use different types of weapons and just sit there and see how many chain parries i can get, and i'm not 100% dead on every time but i can sucessfully parry a lot against NPCs. but in PvP - i cannot land 1 single parry, haven't yet and i've done a lot of PvP lol. just stuff that annoys me - just had a fight with a guy, he was trying to backstab me, i rolled away 2x, then my character teleported back before i rolled and i was getting backstabbed. it makes me rage so hard... is there an end-all-be-all post about everything to open? i've read on the steam forums etc and opened everything they've said. i feel like when it comes to GFWL - i always seem to have a problem with my connection. | ||

The world manages to intrigue, terrify and awe me. I haven't really felt this same way about a RPG since Morrowind's crazy world. The combat is done exceptionally well and really rewards knowledge more than just quick fingers. Then there is also the multiplayer aspect which is there to both aid and scare you some more. | ||

And the baby skeletons are not giving as much humanity as I though they would, I feel it was going faster with the rats:| And about the signs, I read that as you get more and more votes for your signs, you kinda get a rank in them, and your signs then have a higher chance for appearing in other people's worlds. I think most people fill up their quick slots, and can't be bothered to switch back to soapstone just to rate the message. I usually rate the ones I feel were useful advices. | ||

You're not mistaking the knight Kirk for a human invader are you?? xD This phantom NPC will invade if you're in human form in Depths. Black Phantoms that invade are usually below your level but can in fact be +/- 10% your soul level. However, some invaders are well prepped for low level PvP with far superior gear than your own. | ||

The best is when you get backstabbed but during the animation, the characters aren't even remotely in the appropriate places. Happened to me last night, took a roll and suddenly got backstabbed, but my character model was BEHIND the guy backstabbing me. It's just the way the netcode is, likely NOT on your end. You just become accustomed to it, and either learn how to play around it, or when to take advantage of it. Edit: Oh, this is on Xbox as well I should mention. So yeah, not much has changed when it made it over to PC | ||

I recently learned that you don't need your orange guidance stone for ratings. just hit select while reading a message! Also, you are right about highly rated messages being more likely to appear in other worlds. Use the "Seek Guidance" miracle to see how many messages you *aren't* seeing! | ||
