SERIOUSLY THIS GAME WTF? Why do I always get "Your city is not processing properly ..." and everytime I click roll back, I just get unable to load city and will never be able to play it ever again. This has happened to me like ten times.

Yeah it's a sync issue, there is a file on your computer that is stored and periodically synced with the server at times when it goes out of sync it tries to load an older file synced on the server could be an issue with server they are still fiddling with them.

"city is not processing" error keeps hitting my first city, guess I might either try again or just wait until the servers are a bit more refined.

So, i can't wait for my free game from EA...lol. I bet the selection is going to be so poor ;_; hope it is something decent though, then i might forgive them for what they did with the launch of this xD

I am having fun playing it (when it works properly) though, it is great when it has actually all sync'd properly and you and your friends can integrate each others cities. I farm the oil, he collects me garbage etc xD

Anyone managed to make a successful Casino city yet?
I can never seem to attract enough tourists or get my people to play there, even though I play in a region with 15 others and they have quite respectable cities already. I even have a railroad, an airport, a lot of streetcars and a few tourist attractions. But they just won't play in the damn casinos.

You need the right visitors. If you build a $$$ Casino you need rich people/visitors. That only get to you through plane and train.

Do all cites go in the red given enough time? So in my last game I was trying to stay small-ish 50-75k pop. And for a LONG time I was stable and pulling nice $$$. The only thing I did was playing with those stadiums. And those were netting me crazy cash. Then out of the blue, (and from nothing I did that I could see) I went from 3k/hr to -7k/hr. As best as I can tell, my income property tax tanked... From some unknown reason.

Does anyone have any clue why this is? A big or something?

This game is way to expensive 60 bucks is too much for any game now of days imo.

I paid close attention to that and upgraded accordingly. It was all running smoothly for a while and I had 60k profit daily, then out of a sudden they all just stopped coming/playing and over night I dropped to 60k loss a day.

I just read of someone who had the same issue though. Suddenly tourists stop coming, even if you didn't change anything.

Might still be a bug or connected to regions going out of sync or something

Dont buy it then.

$60 is pretty cheap considering the amount of work that goes into making AAA games these days.

If you want cheap avoid AAA, you can't hoist ever increasing standards on developers then expect to pay less, that's just stupid.

The indie / low budget market is thriving so you really have no reason to complain about pricing at the moment when there are some really fantastic games out there for less than $10-20 on release.

Yeah i can see where your coming from with the price which is fair point. But, this game when it all syncs up right makes it so fun to play with friends, i only play with 1 other person and when it is all sync'd up it's great fun!
