I had that day yesterday. First time. 5-6 game lose streak with 3 surrenders.. Went with playing LE games to nearly Double AK's
Was quite new for me. But, whatever. You can tell how good you are in MM anyway and I still feel like you end up the level you deserve to be.

At least you don't play Dota, where your carry doesn't save for buyback and then dies defending a high ground push, effectively making all your hard work for the previous hour meaningless.
But yeah CS:GO MM sucks too :\

i played dota on and off since ... dunno.. 6.09? and while clowns in the team are annoying in cs they are FAR FAR FAR FAR worse in dota. play 40 minutes -> suddenly chain of leavers and your only hour of playing games for today was meaningless bullshittery.
so yeah, douchebags are bad but remember it always could be worse. (and ive soloqd from gn3 to sheriffstar so far)

I have played my fair share of soloqueue in MM. It's really 50/50 what you get. But just accept whatever you get :p I honestly feel that sometimes I enjoy the game more without people I know. Somehow I just feel free and I can play the game very focused.

I've been doing better in soloqueue than five stacks (with players all being around the same rank).
I need new friends.
But first, a new PC.

Depends who you stack with. There are some people I'd rather not queue with just because of shitty communications, don't listen, play like bots once you've died, don't like their style of play, don't have good team work, or literally all of the above combination.
5 stacks don't automatically = perfect team work.
MM roulette sometimes gives you that, or give you that one MM god can run around headshotting people like no tomorrow.
That said, I think it's rumoured that MM will occasionally match you with harder opponents if you're in a 5 stack, compared to solo queue, but not sure how accurate.
