EDIT: After fiddling a bit, it seems the bots aren't refreshing correctly sometimes, and you have to kille them at least once so they respawn with the correct options.

Calling stuff is always good as long as you don't overdo it (call what you see when you're alive (1 pushing short, 2 A site...) and what you see when you die, but don't flood comms after that). Trying to call tactics in MM will pretty much never works, unless you've noticed the team is receptive. But even then you should only call simple stuff. Until you're at least DMG you should just focus on your aim, your movement and your placement. Try to position yourself accordingly to what one of your teammates does; as T, follow someone and revenge frag, hoping he's not going to camp somewhere and do nothing, and as CT position yourself in order to setup a crossfire with your mate (I.E., if he goes sandbags in banana, don't stay on site, bait for him at the corner). If you are confident in your aim, you can try to entry as T, but know that your mates will probably not follow, so you'll either need to ask them to do it, or they'll flame you because they are stupid and think camping and never peeking will win them rounds as T consistenly. Playing T in MM is a bitch, even at LEM/supreme. The guys never check their radar and never move to decent positions, they just play for safe frags and pretty much auto lose against passive CTs. At your level, however, you can at least learn to out aim your opponents pretty easily; play some deathmatch and aim map, learn to move properly (strafing/counter strafing, peeking the right angles), and learn good crosshair placement. You'll get lots of entry frags as T and eventually force wins for your team. TL;DR : At your level you can win by yourself if you improve your individual play, playing with dummies sucks, but in the end you don't really need them. Focus on your game!

Sorry for that, not sure what's going on, as you can see in my video, it works and always worked absolutely fine on my end. But yeah, maybe it's just the wrong way around with that button? When I load into the map I just shoot it once like in the video, it will say the wrong thing at the bottom of the screen but they won't shoot me.

Really sucks to be so bad at games that you can´t even enjoy core aspects like communication and simple teamplay^^

As other posters have said, at this level you have to out aim your opponents. Some other less important things in terms of tactics: it helps to play a position on the map that can help you get a fast rotate in on whatever site is being offended when you play CT-side. For example: mid on dust2, window on mirage, etc. A secondary requirement is becoming good with the AWP so that you can get picks to further help your team. As T, you should try to lurk or try to provide another dimension of attack. For example: if someone calls a long A rush, you rush short A. Of course the success of such a tactic rests on whether you can win the duel with the defender at short (and also smoking mid so you don't get sniped). If a B rush is called, you go mid, smoke CT spawn, flash over and backstab the site from mid. The downside of these tactics is that sometimes your team will die before you and you'll look like an asshole for not rushing with them and you'll probably have to mute everyone due to flames. The most important factor unfortunately, which you already touched upon, is that you have to hope that you get another good player or two on your team so that you guys can carry your team.

Everyone on our side was calling, listening to calls and playing together like a team(which is rare nowadays). Despite that, we started 0-8 on CT, finished halftime at 4-11. We somehow managed to come back to 13-13. Round 27, we are force buying. Round starts pretty badly as only me with galil and no nades and Luolis with AK and one smoke are alive. We still somehow (I really don't have any idea how) managed to clutch the round. Next round starts pretty badly as well, after just 40 seconds I am 1v2. After that, we won easily 16-13 ![]() Yeah that was amazing. Its the best feeling ever when the whole team actually listens to my calls (rare thing in mm) :D

So today I played Tside Cache and I got stomped so hard it's unbelievable. 0-15 start and then the guys were pretty hyped so I don't blame them for BMing us with 'wow so ez' etc etc. Anyways so then most of the team already gave up technically. Second pistol round I 4 HS USP-S, so close to the ace but the guy got the headshot off before I did. Nothing I have done in CS:GO was as satisfying as that, holy shit. Denying 'the dream' of 0-16 made my day, I don't even care we lost 3-16 in the end. If anyone could or would or like to make a highlight of it, this is the demo. + Show Spoiler + steam://rungame/730/76561202255233023/+csgo_download_match%20CSGO-pPiuc-XpfS5-7v6hb-XOFZC-7JxbE

Someone before said that in 10months, he believed nip will be no more and all the players go to different teams. Maybe he is correct. I am not watching the matches tho, just looking at the result and it looks like they get stomped.

Calling stuff is always good as long as you don't overdo it (call what you see when you're alive (1 pushing short, 2 A site...) and what you see when you die, but don't flood comms after that). Just to add a small thing to this. Always remember that you and your team can hear things that are going on in game if attentive; foosteps, reloads, bomb plants, defuses. And that when you are speaking they practically can't hear anything at all except your voice. So the best way to judge if you should say something is to consider whether what you have to say to the other four people is more important than one of them hearing the position of an opponent by footsteps (for example) that might keep them alive. I've lost count the number of times I've literally had to "shhh" my own team because I'm pretty sure an enemy is around but I can't hear bugger all because someone is blabbering down the mic about how upset they are that they died. Or alternatively giving me 'helpful' tips like demanding I clutch the round or whatever. Bonus points for those that then get absolutely outraged that I've "shhh"d them because that's horribly impolite don't you know? And so how DARE you be so demeaning to me! And how DARE you get killed because you couldn't hear the approach of an enemy because I'm yelling at you about how offensive you are! Lets votekick this damn noob guys, right? Also report for being abusive on comms! Yeah...that happens sometimes. >_> On the up side if your team knows how to communicate properly it can be hugely helpful. I clutched a 1v1 on dust 2 earlier because one of my team correctly called the site they were going to and then they shut the hell up allowing me to hear the last T trying to bomb plant giving me the perfect timing to rush him.
