There's lots of similar training maps out there but I've never been sold by any - this one just works perfectly out of the box and has a good flexible customizable environment as well. You can bring up Dust 2 style double doors or larger cover or do away with the crates and have no cover, you can use any ways, you can bring up orange walls, you can change the bot spawn zones, you can make them fire back, give them armor or give them no armor etc.I do it with USP, glock, M4 and AK personally but I'd recommend one taps with the pistols first and foremost because I feel it gives the biggest boost when it comes to aim, just don't forget to also do some sprays for warmup with the rifles. | ||

finally posting something (lurking all day every day^^) Do you think it´s bad to have a try hard mentality at a low level (nova 2) of play? Like I´m trying to call everything, to talk tactics and to try to execute plays together... but so many times its like running against a wall. The times 5/5 of my team have a mic are like once every 20 games or so. And if they have one, they flame me for losing a 1v1 clutch but don´t call all game long. Ofc u get those good teams every now and then but overall it´s pretty bad (not russian doto bad, but bad). It´s just, at the end of the day I feel so stupid trying to play this game properly when people at my level like to 2nd round buy AK no armor, don´t call for the sake of their lives and place their crosshair on the ground... | ||

I think most people will suggest you try add people you do get 1 in a 20. And try to play with them, and go up slowly. And you can always practice personal skills with deathmatch or other types of aim training. Like NihiL said earlier, you can get pretty far with aim on lower level. edit* It's always good to keep communicating but don't get frustrated. That's the worst thing in game. If your call made your teammate clutch the round, that's always good but try not to expect communication back. But then again sometimes we get a team with 4 mutes So generally try to play with friends or people that have a mic. It also keeps you from going insane. | ||
