I know that some pros like f0rest plays on 3.5 sens f0rest settings but I'm not sure mb I should try to play on the low sens and mb my aim should be batter? what do you think?

Do you feel precise with that sens? Do you feel like you're constantly overadjusting or underadjusting when you try to flick/aim? If yes, then you might want to try out other sens. If not, I don't really see the need to change it.

When I was younger my wrists started to hurt really bad and I had to change something, my change was the high sense in every game everywhere. I dont know how well I can play with lower sense anymore, it is obvious, that I do not hit every shot well, but you get used to everything. Forever DMG here.

But as soon as I try to up my sens even the slightest (like 1.12 instead of 1.0125), I feel like I can't even track a head properly anymore, my long range tapping/bursting sucks most of the time and I don't even want to talk about my spray... I'm trying to force myself to get used to a slightly higher sens but even after some time playing DM and trying the new sens in MM a couple of times, I always end up switching back to my original sens since I feel I can't never get used to it. I guess it might take a some time to get used to but I don't know, it's so frustrating that I have a hard keeping forcing myself to use a higher sens. I played for nearly 1000h with my original sens/old mouse (razer deathadder) and I'm still at a shitty rank, I want to get better, I feel like my sens is holding me back a little bit but I don't know, it's really frustrating. Worst thing is, even after upping my sens a bit, my aiming gets worst but I also see little to no difference when it comes to how wide I have to swipe my mouse to do a 90 degree turn. I don't know if it's just me who doesn't play enough, who doesn't practice my aim enough or it's my new mouse that just feel weird on certain sens but damn, I've never played so badly in cs for years. I've always been inconsistent but since the past couple of weeks, it's the worst I've ever been. I used to nearly always be 1st or 2nd fragger on my team and now I nearly bottom frag every game with a terrible negative K/D.

I've been lost since splyce.gg turned their calendar off TeamLiquid has most of the big tournaments in the calendar. ECS is the next, for example. Make sure in your sidebar settings that CSGO is enabled. If you're looking for more, head over to HLTV.org and check the matches currently live. You can also check the match ticker on Liquipedia CS main page.

That's super high, even for a wrist player.

Is this a teamliquid only feature? Liquiddota doesn't seem to have the sidebar settings button.

Just writing your sensitivity is to small info.

It'd probably be better if you forced yourself to stop moving the mouse so much with your wrist by lowering the sensitivity substantially and making sure your hand is as straight as possible in relation to your forearm.

In the age it started hurting (15 years old) I was quite a good tennis player and played tennis multiple times a week. Additional stress to the elbow from the wrist was not an option. Minimizing the needed moves (for a 180° i need arround 3cm movement) was the way to get my wrists back in a painless, working state without hurting elbow or shoulder. Its clear that I lose aim with that compared to low sense play. I am not trying to break out into professional play, I play for fun. And this brings me fun without hurting myself.

However as long as you're not experiencing any pain whatsoever then anything that you're otherwise comfortable with is fine. Just stating it's still quite possible.

I did this around 2005/6 but i had way to much time to move from wrist to arm. its unreasonable to expext ppl to learn to swipe for 180's after so long if the just play casually.

If your health or condition depends on it then I don't think it's unreasonable at all. You have to do it.

Can you explain to me how his health situation makes it imperative for him to go through the misery of switching from his current state to arm? I dont see how this is a relevant point. If your rest is so fucked that you are considering other options its still not a viable solution, There is plenty of wrist action in arm play. Its mostly 45-60 degree plus moves that require swipes.

I even bolded parts of my post to make it clearer what I meant so I'm not really sure why you're having trouble understanding what I meant. I was speaking hypothetically. It depends.
