A friend of mine found a wand today, actually we're in party play. He picked it up but he had no slot so it flipped and then i guess he said fuck it and left the map. So naturally I picked it up, as I always pick up wands and shit. And then boom. 120 Spell damage 20 cast speed wand. Sold it for 10 ex. Easiest exalts of my life.

Nice pick up regardlessly.

how do people have like double phys rolls on their weapons? Seems like they rolled it with their masters but I thought you can't roll another mod that you already have? (I just recently started playing PoE again and all these masters are new content to me)

theres +phy mod and a +phy/acc hybrid mod
both are considered separate
last major patch you can add +phy/acc mod through a master which really boost the strength of many otherwise average weapons. with multicrafted mod its very easy to craft gg weapons with a maxed out master, since you can add BOTH +phy and +phy/acc mods through master on the same weapon. ggg decide to disable +phy/acc mod from master next patch.

Check this site.
There are 2 ways of crafting weapons in this game.
First you roll rol roll roll and try to get tyrannical, and then eternal exalt upon it. This is usually done by the rich guys that wants to do uber fast or sell to the other guys who wants to do uber on temp leagues. Usually costs around 20-25 ex. These weapons are usually around 400PDPS.
And then there is second way, you roll until you get t1-t2 hybrid or t1-t2 flat phys(or use granite recipe till you get tempered) and craft upon it with multimod. It usually costs around 4-8ex but you can easily sell those weapons for 15-25ex. These weapons are usually around 325PDPS.
If you get lucky with the rolls, even tier 2 mods(like top end tier 2 instead of low end) will give a really nice Phys weapon.

Interesting. I usually never bother with crafting. I always felt it was too expensive for me to even bother getting into. I'm definitely going to look into it more.
I know the first method of crafting you mentioned but for the second method, what determines the flat phys variations when doing the granite recipe (like to get tempered)?

The granite recipe increases the tier of the physical roll by one tier (except you can't upgrade to flaring). If the item doesn't have a physical roll then it adds the worst one.

While I do not know of a site that presents this information similarly well organized it is sadly out of date. It still shows the old crit multipliers on amulets that you can no longer get (I think that is pretty much the only thing that changed though?).

Actually.. a lot of it is inaccurate, I found this out the hard way when I was crafting stuff for LLD practically every mid tier resist and elemental roll has some value that is off, so even though its formatted terribly the PoE website itself is going to be what you need to look at. I just look at the poemods site to see that it can roll such and such prefixes and suffixes and then Ctrl + F to find the exact values on the PoE site.

Am I the only one, who finds getting the 4/4 on Softcore is really reallly boring? Never played softcore, and now I know why

I was talking about Temp Leagues though, there is literally no reason to craft in Standard/Hardcore. There is already "the best weapon" for each type. Could just buy it.
Eternals are really cheap in Temp Leagues early on, you can get them 2-3EX each. And I think you would be really unlucky to not get something useful over Tyrannical after 5 eternal exalt attempt. At that point even T3 Hybrid or T4 Flat would work or just IAS or Crit, you just want something you can use, not exactly looking for Tier 1. And then you Multimod upon that. Gives you a quite nice weapon so early on in a new league.

Yeah, it's quite old. Never really saw it being updated or something. But personally I prefer it because it's really well designed and I pretty much know every mod anyway. Just looking there to make sure. If I can't really remember if something was prefix or suffix. Still useful I would say.
