They'll rotate maps, some good ones might be out next league as well. There are still some things for that we'll have to wait and see, such as what happens with prophecys that require you to join a certain map (my guess is prophecy gets removed this league), what happens with the atlas trees (will they become bigger with more options, will they remove some zones forever or will they also roatate zones such as that for example Lex Proxima isn't always there) and more things. | ||

Thanks just hoped they would perma drop for me bad maps like dungeon. As I understand it they will only have 4 zones now. But will rotate the passive in the zones between patches. Properly with every type of event covered between them and no event covered by more than one zone, but that just my guess. | ||

Iron Will in the tree is good for hit caster builds yeah, but my understanding is they were pretty lacking anyway except for those with huge gear and 1.3k+ strength. The unique amulet is nice but definitely not for all builds. What you can get from influenced rare amulets is pretty insane, like +1-2 to gem level, life, 40% dmg while leeching amongst other things - and yes those are hard to craft but I doubt the unique will be cheaper. Of course for some builds 3 extra annoints is saving many points. The Zana mods are indeed awesome. Well, before their point was to get all 6 to be able to get to 8 ascendency passives. I agree it felt bad, that doesn't make it pointless though. I also was under the impression that lab runners buy their fragments. Maybe not then. | ||

The league mechanic, or delve, or other sources are more efficient. | ||

Are you talking about continuous acquisition (e.g. for lab runners, ssf) here or for us trade plebs? Because I think the most likely scenario for me is to run my first lab trial I see in a map to get a fragment because it is deterministic. For every other character after the first it is likely that one has accumulated multiple fragments from other sources as you mentioned. | ||

I would agree with that, but I think this traces back to one of the major flaws GGG has tried to address with league mechanics. When the best way to acquire league x item is league y mechanic you have a failed game mechanic. It has been clear to almost everyone that uber trials fall into this failed game mechanic for years so I am happy to see GGG trying to address it even if I don't agree with their choices. | ||

Also pretty sure anyone on SSF will always run the (good) uber lab trials if he really wants a specific helmet enchant. | ||

Which is kind of the nature of "out of map" league mechanics, isn't it? It's basically the same for Breach, Legion, Blight... I guess you get another encounter in the map for those, which can be more or less annoying depending on personal preference. I personally like the Heist Zana mod because it lets me run my own contracts and blueprints without having to trade for them. I hate trading for fragments, maps, w/e because it forces me to sell a lot of what I find or I will actually lose currency. If I run them myself I don't have to worry about that. I will make currency either way, just the amount will differ. | ||
