So lately I'm playing hardcore for the first time after a lot of years. But I'm still level 73 with a exsanguine/corrupting fever scion. It is quite tanky right now with all the life nodes in the center of the tree and gladiator and necromancer both giving block chance  | ||

It was nice to find flicker strike raider works as soon as you get the first lab done, and works well once you get multistrike. I have been using spectral throw for charges on bosses. That and a quality poachers works wonders. Claws for mana sustain. I suspect ill have a hard wall around t11-12, damage is going to cap out at 400k or so unless I find good stuffs, and ultimatums are already decently tanky. | ||

Predictions? I'm on the side of the reddit majority that says that it's mostly going to be nerfs to the "meta" things. Fortify, perhaps Raider eva/dodge and as for the skills most likely Slams (Warcrys?), Fire Burst, Burning Arrow and a couple others that were "overperforming". I do hope some skills that were not attractive at all (and still won't be after meta skills get nerfed) will receive meaningful changes. | ||

They are reversing item-level drops so the new meta becomes farming Twilight Strand 24/7 for ilvl99 stuff. | ||
