Lots more maps should be dropping now. Zana isn't selling T4 maps and her daily spaws are in T4/5 thanks to doing some T4 maps early in the league that all gave nothing because drop rates were screwed up.
Its just not worth the effort to maybe get a break to somehow be able to actually play the game when I can just play any number of other games that don't require praying to god for the basic gameloop to function...

I just know that me and the 2 friends i regulary play with all had some issues around T3-5.
We all made it over the bump and now its ok, but something is/was off with early maps. Could be bad luck, but it feels strange.
I just grinded more and more but actually managed to completely run out of T3 and later T5's. Which never ever happened to me before. Iirc i was lvl 87 when starting to do mainly yellow Maps O_o.
My friends just traded their way out of the problems and I could help them out because i was allready in yellow maps when they started mapping.

The new memory drops are pretty out there. One memory with decent mods gave me a full fractured inventory every time I cleared it. Then I did a jewelry reward node and got showered in an unbelievable amount of jewelry including a double corrupted amulet with "Grants level 23 Malevolence" and "+18% aura effect of Malevolence". No life/resists but it does also have 13% cast speed, 5% increased evasion rating, and 13% increased item rarity.

I made it to level 90 before seeing a single T10 map. This was before they buffed the map drop rate but it's definitely the slowest ive ever done maps before.

I'm 92 now and doing t9-13... Constantly dropping down to t9/10.
I did a few t14 and have 1 15... Waiting to get it 3 times to use up my cartos...

I need to finish Sekiro so I can get back to PoE. I thought they buffed map drops in memory areas? To make up for the issues people were having this league sustaining?

They said they readjusted it (upwards) with data from the beginning of synthesis league because they adjusted for the league mechanic incorrectly, but people always complain about map drops so making it more inline with previous leagues was never going to stop the complaining.

Enjoying most of the changes - had quite a few T16s drop from memory zones - but I'm finding the buffed bosses pretty rough, thought that could be my garbage build ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Your level this league should be higher per map level compared to previous leagues, but that's not enitrely map drop rate. This league just features a massive XP boon in its league mechanic. The fragmented memories + placed memories (if you run them) will give you a ton of XP while progressing through maps that you weren't getting in betrayal.

I think I made 3 ex in quality currency alone yesterday, I was lucky enough to have a bunch of zones with the quality currency mod left over from before the patch. Getting set up with a cross of three-use memories to put mods on to now so I can do another round.

Not me, my last real memory foray led me 1/2 way to a reward node then I got an immediate disconnect when I casted at a big group of monsters in a decaying node. I'm setting up for some bigger runs but it's kinda frustrating how risky any sort of long node run is because of any sort of interruption (disconnect or real life).

There was some super niche ring I was selling last season, had it priced at 25c. Guy messages me. This is around the time that I first got the trade macro and that I started trading in earnest in this game at all (and started asking noobie questions in this thread!). I tell him, "I'm not sure how to price things, can you tell me if this is a fair price, why or why not?" and he says "Honestly you don't know how good this can be, it's because X, Y, Z," and then he gives me 25 extra chaos. I know that you don't owe anything to anyone, but that was a genuinely pleasant interaction that made me appreciate the community more. You could be that someone for someone else ^^;

Beginning of a league I can understand lowballing people on that stuff because getting ahead at the start of the league translates into so much currency down the line--but man 1 month into the league idgaf about saving an ex and would just do the nice thing. I'm playing the league on maintenance-mode by this point anyway so an ex here and there doesn't matter.

You are right in general, however im doing this to craft and resell for profit so 'throwing' away ex goes against my goal :p
Im usually nice though and if people ask what the item is worth for real and what it's for i answer honestly.
Still struggling with the map sustain. They have moved too much of the droprate out of maps into delve and memory fragments for my taste and if you are getting screwed on those you get screwed on the droprate. Im at 270 delve depth and so far i only had a single city on monster level 83 which had 3 nodes which dropped exactly 0 t16 maps. On the other hand i had 6 of these

Havent run too much memory nexus, main reason is that i dont have the maps to get the memory fragments though...
I do run some uber elders here and there and the guardian maps have atrocious droprates themselves cause i dont feel like wasting red sextants on them, but it still just feels terrible compared to betrayal league. Im finding myself just idling in my hideout waiting for trades like 80% of my playtime.

You actually get good exp from t11s up until lvl 96.
HOWA MS Occu is perfect delve build, I am blasting through 350+ on lvl 92 char, lvl 19/0 gems and 5-Link.
Finally seeing some cities, from 310->380 haven't seen any, even 0-node ones.

I'm in a guild with friends, but if anyone wants to add me to friends feel free to, I mostly just play softcore and in whatever the current league is. My name is HuntsSynthTwo (assuming you add by character name and not account name?)
Also after hearing all the talk about bane and soulrend I decided to try LL soulrend/bane trickster, I must say so far I'm not very impressed. Granted my skills are only 19/20 still, and empower is only 2, but in general the slow cast time on bane, and lack of movement skill because I'm using a bow, feels clunky. That and lack of leech and having to rely heavily on ES regen. I know I'm not using the best of gear and this alt is only lvl 86 but still, feels much worse than my HOWA CI jugg.
