Not sure how much chin sol nerf impacts ele hit. Was actually thinking about starting with it. Yeah it's instant, at least with the instant node on the tree. You can just hold down mines and spam click detonate which won't interrupt the mine planting if you don't wanna use detonate totem. Also 25% is probably right, it's about that for my Ballista build too. | ||

In 3.0 people realised that double dipping and ignites worked really well, so they either went full cold to fire with pyre ring and ran coc vortex with a vagan dagger, or they went brightness and elementals to prolif the burn. | ||

Because if they don't nerf the jewel, this is still a net buff. If they nerf the jewel then it's a slight nerf. Also just saw the massive buffs on rather old school uniques like Cloak of Defiance and Carcass Jack. Aren't they being used anymore? Back when I played they were commonly used in HC. | ||

Wildfire is now limited to 1. This affects all versions of the item I think Cloak of Defiance will be excellent for EB + MoM now that it has very high ES. Lately the to go chests mostly were Kaom and Loreweave for Life builds, Shavronne for Low Life builds and for CI builds Incandescent Heart (as far as uniques go). | ||
