Also: Horizon orbs are back, baby. Right now they're still 1 chaos, but since I could instantly do at least 4 recipes after the recipe popped and it only requires one-mod mobs I wouldn't expect them to hold there for long. It seemed like it basically took one seawitches map to get the ingredients, so... | ||

Also checking how full the menagerie is is pretty ugh. Obviously most recipes are also still overpriced and the rare crafting ones are pretty bad still. | ||

In addition to that, it's really annoying when you just don't have the right maps to push your elder the direction you want, and you can't just run other maps to try to find the ones you need because that makes your atlas iterate. Plus it's not like 1 orb is likely to get you the map you want, with around 8-10 maps of most tiers its still a lot of orbs to get a specific map. I could see the argument that it makes sense for it to only be available this "late" in the league since at least in SC any dedicated player already has as much or as little atlas completion as they desire, but that's a separate discussion. Especially keeping in mind the map availability granted to uber lab runners from basically as soon as they can unlock uber lab. | ||

They're especially helpful if you've broken into one or two red Atlas quadrants but haven't made much progress on the others, which was where I was before I got 30 horizons and basically instantly completed another ~10 maps. | ||

On the other hand I move at a rate of knots and can full clear an underground sea in 2-3 minutes, selling excess alch orbs for exalts. Just by the way, you get slightly more then one suvivalist div card per map, on average, if you run the above quant + 2 sextants and alch + chis + vaal all your underground seas. That translates into roughly 1.5 chaos per map bonus in div cards, which is quite nice as doing 50 maps nets you roughly 75 in return in my experience, and each map is 4c to sell. If you do shaped armoury as well as your t14 you can sell them for 10c a pop, and I get approximately 10 per 50 underground seas that I do, equaling 200c in sales per 50maps before literally anything else. I estimate that I am making approximately 100c an hour all up. Next is to get a tempest binding, and then a headhunter. As soon as I hit 95 I'm switching back to shaped armoury as I get approximately 1% exp per map, which sucks balls. Notable drops I've had are: 2x biscos (why couldn't this be last league) 1x Koams heart 1x Belly of the beast 1x Lioneyes fall 1x Exalt I've died 4 times, but that's the wanding life, I also feel like my rng has been attrocious. | ||
