People made 6500 life, 1.3+ mil damage Chieftains already (that is Cyclone only dps, meatball add to that) with good defenses, life regen and other benefits of Chieftain. | ||

The tradeoff being a buff of the onslaught arm to give much more reliable onslaught (via 4s->10s uptime and also 10% on hit vs rares/uniques) I guess raider isn't just only the same 4 nodes every time now. | ||
