Temporary leagues - they introduce some new mechanic (Harbinger, Breach, Perandus, etc.), new start, usually last about 2 months. They have rewards for completing challenges (which you get right when you finish a certain number of said challenges) Races are special events, between leagues, can be from 1 hour to several days, have some sort of special rules (ex:1 hour Ledge or this 10 day one where each hour you get the mod from a previous league). The prizes are given at the end of the league | ||

Yeah unfortunately I don't have time at the moment to really play a character and experience the fun of the race leagues (didn't know about the cool rotating modifiers thing, like I said) but I can blitz something up to 35 just for some free loot. Plus, having pseudo-6L on 1h or 4L items allows more builds to use both an AoE skill and a singlet target skill, like the good old days. Instead of having massive AoE overkill and shitty single target, or the other way around, now more builds can have a balance where all content is somewhat challenging. Also, those new supporter armors look really good in-game. Scholar looks goofy on the support page, but it's awesome in the video. On a final note, I'm mostly done with this race, lemme know if anyone needs anything for a push in these last few days. Did Frostblades, was super fun, looking at EK nova inq for Mayhem. | ||

I'm fairly certain that it will not work with Flameblast though, just like Spell Echo. Lots of people on reddit mention how good it would be with Flameblast. | ||

Flame surge is the kind of tiny aoe ability that I figure you should be able to guarantee hitting with all 3 copies of the spell | ||

(not counting a lucky kill in between) Its weird how much harder she feels to me compared to shaper. That aside, how about creating your own build maybe with somewhat complex mechanics and try to kill a guardian with it? | ||
