For my team character I am still doing Mirror/Blink Arrow Necro, even with Necro nerfs it should be good, my damage dropped only by 20% inc (not less) so not much of a difference. And I now have a gem slot for desecrate so to upkeep 75% block chance even in boss fights. | ||

Strong items that got buffed: Ming's Heart: Reduced Life and Energy Shield now has a range of 5-10%. Lioneye's Glare: Now grants Far Shot. Wasn't there a reverse knockback build with this that someone showed? The Chieftain's Tukohama, War's Herald skill now grants Totems Reflect 15% of their maximum Life as Fire Damage to nearby Enemies when Hit (up from 8%). HOLY SHIT THOSE ZANA MODS ARE BEAUTIFUL: + Show Spoiler + Zana League Mods Available During 3.0.0: Level 2: Onslaught (costs 2 Chaos Orbs): Monsters have 20% increased attack and cast speed, 20% increased quantity of items found. Level 3: Bloodlines (costs 3 Chaos Orbs): Magic monster packs each have a Bloodlines mod, 25% more Magic monsters, 20% increased quantity of items found. Level 4: Beyond (costs 3 Chaos Orbs): Slaying enemies close together can attract monsters from Beyond, 20% increased quantity of items found. Level 5: Ambush (costs 4 Chaos Orbs): Areas contain 3 extra Strongboxes. Level 6: Perandus (costs 4 Chaos Orbs): Areas contain 3 extra Perandus chests, and there's a chance for Cadiro Perandus to appear. Level 7: Nemesis (costs 5 Chaos Orbs): Rare monsters each have a Nemesis mod, 50% more Rare monsters, 20% increased quantity of items found. Level 8: Breach (costs 6 Chaos Orbs): Areas contain 2 extra Breaches. I don't think there is anything massive in these notes compared to beta, is there? SRS will still be fine, it got harder to roll attack based items. RF totems got rekt, RIP Milkyslice. ...they're making us finish 10 acts before maps I guess. There's quite a bit of potential of getting absolutely destroyed by that in HC. Is this where we all watch streams while levelling? e: Shaper in HC got quite a bit harder. The Shaper now prevents players from opening portals while fighting him. Zana has 50% more life during the Shaper encounter. The grace period when re-entering the Shaper encounter mid-fight has been reduced to 3 seconds. e2: Just to keep people sane here is a Mark quote on the KB changes. Shouldn't be too bad. | ||

In practice, that's a 30% more multi on all your damage that gets applied after everything is said and done (compared to Berserker which acts as another 'more' multiplier in your skillgems). Add the 75% generic increased from the nodes combined if you ignore his fortify path et et voilà: You're at Berserker levels of damage without taking more yourself. It's most likely not worth it for e.g. spellcasters (you lose leech) or melee classes (imo Slayer still beats this) but maybe someone finds this useful for something niche. | ||

Yes except Berserkers can get a nice damage boost from Rally Cry that also heals them. Also attack speed bonuses ![]() And move speed bonuses when out of combat. | ||

What makes it broken is the vaal pact leech combo which ofc only caster can reap full benefits. Most attack builds I prefer to take other Ascendancies, which is super thematically funny to me ![]() | ||

2.4.1 The Shaper can no longer be Taunted. The Guardians of the Void can no longer be permanently taunted. They can only be taunted every so often. RIP, you're right. Exclusive to T16+ but yeah. | ||
