Yew now have 10k PP But in all seriousness, anyone can have a ton of PP on any account, all you need is a winning streak. A while back, I even played a 2.5k PP dan (C+) lol. Excal has more gief PP than me (I'm 2k and waiting on xbox repairs) but I have ~7k BP. Highest I've been was B+ Ken, but that was back in regular super and on my little bro's account. Also, if there are any discounts on AE for GFWL (US), please post or PM me :D I'm tired of masters 4v4 (read: sc2) ![]()

Yun has a lot link combos, so just landing a dive kick doesn't do shit if you can't ace them, not to mention a full Genei Jin sequence. At the skill level the vast majority of players are, the twins are not overpowered at all.

Yang's bnb mix ups are a lot harder to pull off than Yun's. Landing his a lot harder as well. A full Genei Jin is incredibly easy if you just do something like double palm lunge compared to a Siei Enbu. Basically what I'm saying is Yang is a lot harder to play but he definitely has more potential than Yun. On July 22 2011 02:46 Dante08 wrote: Has Daigo switched from Ryu to Yun permanently? An average online player doesn't spend much time doing mixups, and has easier time landing basic damage with Yang than Yun (mostly due to rekka), which is my point. I haven't really seen very high level Yang yet (i.e. the level at which Daigo is playing Yun). JWong and fLoE are playing him, but they're still getting more or less destroyed by the japanese.

Hakan is supposed to be free to pretty much everyone but if you've never played a decent Hakan before he's going to ruin your day. Hakan's definitely has some tools at his disposal that make him scary. Some are more straightforward than others. I know Blanka has a really hard time with Hakan because every Blanka ball is punishable with oil slide on hit or on block, which shuts him down just as bad as against Balrog. If you're standing at a jump-in distance then you can't jump in at a traditional angle or use any jump-ins that don't cross up really really deep because Hakan can punish with f+mp (moves him forward to evade the jump-in) and 360+p which is a free roundhouse oil shower. If Hakan is oiled then you can't really use any non-cancellable or slow pokes against him because of his mobile focus, especially lv1 focus -> dash normal cancel f+mp xx oil slide. If he corners you and has Ultra 2 then you have to be aware of his trap where he can normal throw, and if you jumped in any direction or backdashed the normal throw he can punish with Ultra 2. He also has meaty 360k shenanigans which work the same as Cammy's meaty Hooligan throw shenanigans and are just as effective if you don't know how to get out.

IMHO Blanka is a lot more shut down against Balrog because of cr.lp owning all sorts of side-switching and other shenanigans and cr.hk really putting a damper on the footsies game. It not so much about the horizontal balls being unsafe. Then again, I've yet to see a really good Hakan either. -_-;;

How many TLers are going to evo? I'm not this year, but I know so many people going it's absurd. Would be sick to have a TL meetup at a major.

Now comes the Painful process of transitioning from keyboard to stick, feels like my hands are made of concrete -.-

Block ball or spam jab 2. l.dash Unfortunately I'm not able to go to evo since I have work QQ

example i'm trying to do the c.mp c.mp s.mp thangggg should the input look like mp, then lpmp and lpmp with the mp's coming out. When I normally just plink without actually doing the link, it'll look like lp, lpmp. Is that correct as well? I guess I'm wondering if like...how can I tell if i'm actually plinking the keys and not just hitting both lp and mp at the exact same time in the inputs, is that when jab comes out instead of the mp?
