By the way, Zhi tweeted a bunch of infos sur Ultra, and delayed wake up is confirmed Red focus input is MP+MK+ any other attack button ( byebye throw+focus OS ) Red focua canceled from a move ( cost 4 bars ) crumple on lvl 1 + a bunch of stuff about where they took the 4 new characters moves. | ||

I meant if you have a full super bar, red focus cancel lvl 1 crumpling (+unscaled) allows for extremely easy openings into damaging combos. Obviously they'll then be meterless combos, but it's still a nice offensive option for characters that don't get AS much out of having a full meter. | ||

Just found these ( two other in related video ), it's pretty funny to see Ultras from that angle. Makoto's U1 look even more painful lol. And I just realized right now that Fei Long Ultra 2 ends with Bruce Lee One Inch Punch. | ||

THE OPTION TO DISABLE THAT ANNOUNCER VOICE GOD DAMN. Anyway I don't know how I feel about red focusing. It seems like you'll be even more screwed now once you find yourself in the corner. Couldn't someone just hypothetically corner you and burn two bars for an almost guaranteed crumple? | ||
