But don't you remember how HARD it is to combo his super?
Whats the max turn punch damage anyways? Lol I know in Vanilla if you held it down for like 30 seconds its like almost 600 damage in one go lol, and then just combo into full ultra and it does more damage than Yun omfg so OP, and a charge character so you can just hold downback

It's 590, and can cancel into super/FA (you could actually OComboKO Seth in non-AE)
Soooo OP, 590 dmg that is safe on block with 2 bars QQ

It does seem a little ridiculous, but I can see this being setup. Lots of Yuns do meaty palm in the corner or feint palm command grab, so I wouldn't be surprised to see someone do a feint palm then a real palm to catch the other person jumping. That's like yomi layer three shit but actually fairly viable if you think about it. Granted you wouldn't do it to Seth because his DP beats meaty palms anyways. : p
This combo requires your opponent to neutral jump in the corner and you have to start the palm at one exact point in their jump and then they need to press a button so you get the counter hit as well. You're not aiming to land a normal meaty palm they wake up into since you need the height that the jump gives you.
What's really interesting about this video is how the fuck did Desk activate AFTER U1 and get a combo.
Since there was already the wall bounce n stuff he can't do a shoulder after the ultra 1, there is time to activate after U1, same reason you can sit there and hit a shoulders after U1. No?

Try doing this, go into training mode and do a raw U1. Then try activating and doing a super after. Normally this isn't possible but Desk is doing it in the video.
Edit: I checked with my friends and they said that they figured out how to do this a little while ago so I guess it is possible haha.
So is there a reason that theres so much time to wait to do shoulders on a falling character off of U1, but not enough time to activate genei jin? Maybe it has to do with the two wall bounces I'm not sure. Also makes me wonder if he did the 10 kara palms instead of standard geneijin BnB how much damage that combo could have done lol
I wanna play so badly T_T. I realized a few weeks ago that SSF4 was on Steam and I've decided to hold out til AE comes out to get it. I'm almost willing to buy ssf4 to hold me over 1 week.
Still a week til AE lol, so its up to you, I've been playing on Vanilla lately since I don't have a console on me here. Just trying to get inputs back (not very succesfully yet) It's a work in progress.
Ah my bad. I'm actually very noob at fighting games :/ I just went on vacation a few weeks ago and ended up playing tons of mvc3 and mk9 at the beach house and I've had this urge to get into fighting games ever since.
