I have a question about the dark brotherhood to those who finished it but since it might be a spoiler for some people I'll put it in a spoiler + Show Spoiler +
does killing Ciscero or letting him go have any effect on later missions? if you do kill him you get his clothes obviously but any major changes?

Killing him don't do anything special. Letting him live will make him go to the new sanctuary and be avalaible as a follower The gear isn't important, there is a almost identical set of gear in the entrance

i've done about 60 hours and level 32. don't know if that's too low or whatever
Yeah this is my first playthrough and I have the same level as you for the (~~) same time played :D
I have... let's see: I was at 31 hours on level 30 I remember, was finished with my first playthrough after 112 hours on level 57. Currently at lvl 45 on my second playthrough with about 39 hours on this one, (Didn't think it was THAT low without farming stuff o.o) so total time is 151 hours.
Then again, I've always been pretty good at skilling in just about everything regardless of what class I'm playing >>> fast leveling.

Jesus! 151 hours in what.. 20 days?
I'm going to go sign that ban Skyrim petition.
Well, i have 177 hours in and i think i could have play it a lot more if wanted. But that's because i used to play WoW and.. well you know.
Does someone know how blocking interacts with the armor cap? In particular, if you've reached the maximum 567 (80%) armor cap, does blocking no longer reduce damage?

I'd have to imagine armor mitigation and blocking mitigation are separate and multiplicative. So if you had 80% armor mitigation and 80% block mitigation you would take 4% damage. I'm also interested in the blocking formula though if anyone knows where to find it or what max block mitigation is.
Well, finally finished the game with the exception of the thieves guild as it just feels bad being a thug (I wanted to wipe out the dark brotherhood, but the game makes them invincible so I just decided to finish it) - I think basically all the quests as my map is essentially saturated with locations. 131 hours...twas fun. Advice for anyone starting out is to remember that enchanting is really worthwhile. If you max it, and get dark soul gems for grand souls (or one of the special results from the azura's star quest), you can enchant all your clothing or armor to give you some amazing benefits.
For one, you can max out magic resistance if you choose to be a breton and get the lord stone activated. Second you can severely reduce the cost of certain spells - for example I reduced the cost of destruction by at least 85% - and since I had 700 magic I could cast fireballs forever basically (someone actually reduced it by 100%, so no mana for max level destruction spells!). If you combine maxed destruction with no mana consumption, and meanwhile work on heavy armor and melee as you usually would, you'd be a pretty powerful warlock character.
It was depressing realizing this 3/4 through the game, but I finished it anyways and was happy.

He becomes a potential follower later and you still get his clothes if you let him live. But then you have to bear the conscience of having a necrophile in your employ.

and i have a guilty conscience with my 70hrs since release
btw: is there morrowind music in the game? like some open world theme suddenly kicked me back to balmora while going up a cliff with my horse xD
Yes, there's one theme that is taken from Morrowind, yet revamped just a bit. Obviously the main theme also features Morrowind's main theme with different tempos and dynamics.

and Shock version of all the arrows) to the crafting list. You can find those under the
respective Category, using the forge.
- Armors -
.Adds many steel infused armors. These are armors that are made of different kinds of
metals (like daedric, dwarven metal etc.) but are forged to resemble the Steel plate armor. Currently you can infuse: Daedric, Dwarven and Orcish. More to come in the next releases.
.Adds Holy Daedric armor set. These are piece of armors made of daedric hearts and purified
using the Holy Dust. This purges the evil from the daedric armors.
.Adds Blood dragonplate armor set. These are pieces made of Dragon blood. Nasty!
.Adds a Golden Ebony armor set.
- Spells -
.Adds many conjuration spells: Conjure Spectral Bear\Sabretooth\Troll\Mammoth, Conjure
.TWOHANDED DUAL WIELD! wat! Yes, Tytanis improve the Warmaster Perk (100 Twohanded) to let
you dual wield Twohanded weapons. You need a specific version of the twohanded weapon you
want to use: a Warmaster weapon. You can craft these with the forge, if you have the
ability to craft said weapon and have the Warmaster perk.
.Many, many weapons added to the game. Some examples are: Holy Daedric Weapons, Dragonbone
Weapons and Warmaster's weapons!
Could you or anyone else with the mod comment on the overall quality? Does it have any issues or interfere with already saved games? It sounds amazing so far, subtle touches that add very much content and fun to things like the professions, etc. Will totally have to try it. More just making sure I can toggle it on and off without totally ruining any saves (yes items from it will go away of course but I just dont want to corrupt anything, nor have to start fresh! But perhaps I will anyway)

You should really do the thieves guild serie before stopping playing tho ! It's one of the best guild in the game, and it's very long.
