If you're already on master difficulty, it's probably cos you're a Nord and they're OP vs frost | ||

Just don't blast out the aoe spells when your follower is standing right there. The single target spells are fine for a majority of situations, and if I need/want aoe I'll go in before my follower and wipe out everything in seconds. | ||

Best solution go to blackreach and mine 50 million gems so you allways have small ones on you. | ||

Ive been enchanting a ton (l90 now) and you really have to be careful with how many drains you do and how many gems you have of each rank | ||

It's annoying at times, but I don't really find it to be too big of an issue considering that I find Soul Gems EVERYWHERE in this game and am currently waist-deep in Petty and Lesser Soul Gems. Just be a bit careful if you are running low on smaller Soul Gems, and be sure to do the quest to get Azura's Star if you really want a rechargable Soul Gem. | ||
