my initiation with grey beards on high hrothgar, and met Stephanie (is that her name? forgotten, but it seems to be the start of a bunch of quests involving the blades) + Show Spoiler + I've just started a quest involving Jareem-Ra (?) in Solitude where I have to turn off a lighthouse to loot a ship, perhaps this is the start of the Thieves guild questline? EDIT: Oh, and if I update my house in Whiterun, will the stuff in chests/drawers stay there? Or do I need to move everything out before I update and then re-deposit everything

I skipped dwarven and orcish heavy armor and went straight to Ebony armor from steel.Made my riches, traveled to all the smithies, bought up all their hide, iron ore/ingots and spammed leather bracers/daggers. Getting lvl 80 smithy is a cakewalk, and if you can find the Ebony mine next to the Orc encampment with loaded with veins you can finally be the coolest kid in school.Mined enough ore in one trip, while ignoring the Orcs telling me I shouldn't be here, to make a full heavy armor set+shield+mace, and upgrade 4 things as well. Storyline is gonna be waaaaaaaay to easy now. Time to pump up the difficulty. I think its amusing how the animations for one handers are meant for slicy weapons. Getting a critical hit on opponents, you kinda slice your weapon across them. But I have a mace! Stabbing and slicing across does nutzing!

EDIT: Then I came across some Thalmor people escorting a prisoner for Talos worship...so then I go free him by attacking the guards, but I accidentally killed him in the midst of combat. Opps. But these random events make this game awesome. EDIT2: What do the bear paw icons mean? I'm guessing a bear den?

However, some dragons land more than others. ex: The dragon I just posted about always landed. He flew in a circle then landed.. On the other hand, I fought a dragon in Morthal (or w/e that marsh hold is called) and he didn't land at all unless it was on a building...although the guards using bows might have influenced that.

So I give it to him 'cause he wanted it...I'm not the type to randomly kill. Then I walk a few steps further into the mountains...Blood Dragon. Kind of feel bad for the Orc...he could've tanked the dragon or something if I let him live...and I would've saved a few potions.
