1920*1080 23' samsung AA 4x Anisotropic Filtering OFF Detail Ultra Skyrim Options: All high except shadow detail on low (cuz shadows are looking bad tbh) Decal quanity None Fxaa is unmatched (dunno what this is) For water reflection everything is unmatched View distance all maxed out and distant object detail on Ultra. I got i7 550ti and skyrim is running outdoor minimum 48 max 62 indoor it's a steady 55 60 What about you guys and how could i improve even more fps without declining the graphics. | ||

How do you check your fps in Skyrim? Is there a console command for it? The game has so many flaws but for some reason it's still fun. The menu is so inconvenient and choosing spells for casting is just annoying. Why are there no hotkeys for spells? I just put all spells I use in the favorites list and choose from there when I need to change quickly, but that's really slow and bothersome. Is there a better way to do it? Also the leveling of your character confuses me a bit, I purchased the spell 'muffle' and just cast it non stop when I walk around and leveled up from 5 to 11 and raised the illusion skill to 54 or so with that. Is it supposed to be that way? I feel like I'm still very early in the game (just visited grey beards) and am already too high level. I tried to level up my conjure skill the same way but for some reason that doesn't work. Tried to conjure this fire demon non-stop when walking around, but the skill doesn't go up. Overall the game seems really fun but I still don't really understand how the whole system is supposed to work. | ||

"Weapons and Armor can be improved 25% better" When you have that item equipped or if you have a potion that does it for a certain amount of time. Then upgrade your armor or weapons. Even if you already have upgraded them, you can do it again. They will permanently be better, just make sure to have mats on you, if it's from a potion. I managed to make dragon armor, daedric maces, use a potion that increased it by 40% + 13% from enchanted gloves. | ||

I was thinking, at first, "I want to get revenge on this fucker" Then I sort of realized two things: One, that none of this was his fault. He was simply doing his job, and was pissed off that his son was killed, and was tipped off by that bitch Astrid. He was simply doing his job, and he outsmarted me. Second, I wanted to see him suffer. Instead of going up to him and slitting his throat, I would rather make him live, for the rest of his life, with the thought that he failed. That he could not stop the Dark Brotherhood, and that he would, most likely, exile himself for his failure. Not only that, but go into deep hiding and seclusion in fear of that revenge that I was given the option to extract. Simply leaving him alive is a greater punishment than killing him. | ||

I realized, however, that I didn't have Conjure Flame Atronach yet, so I took a trip to the College of Winterhold to go find Phinis. I found an NPC I hadn't talked to yet, so I engaged in a lengthy conversation. In the middle of the dialogue, I hear a loud boom, the screen shakes, and the NPC is blown back and says "Here we go." I thought I aggro'd him or something, so I quickly tabbed out of the dialogue as my screen fills with fire. I turn around, and there's a fricken dragon on top of the ring-like structure of the center of the college (around the statue in front of the entrance to the Hall of Elements). I thought it would be a piece of cake because two mages from the college were there, but they didn't fire a spell even once. Luckily, I killed it, but now I have a dragon's corpse sort of stuck in the middle of the college >.< Anyway, my specs are: Intel i5-460M (2.8GHz) Intel GMA HD (YEAH BOI!) 6GB RAM Running windowed at 800x450, 20 FPS outside, 40 FPS inside buildings and in smaller areas. Low quality everything, with shadows turned off (not too much of a factor, but I like them off for some reason). | ||

In my game I was heading up the High Hirothgar when I came to the bend in the road below where the frost troll spawns, and I started looking out at the horizon from the edge of the cliff. In the midst of my taking in the view, a dragon literally landed right behind me on the mountain and I turned out around to see a massive head right in my face. Needless to say the girl at the shrine didn't stand a chance. I tried to get some screenshots but I can find where they're kept. | ||

So I went back into the college and the dragon followed and it was completely annihilated by the mages, it didn't even live 10 seconds. How long does that dragon corpse take to despawn? It's lying right there in the middle of the college, lol. | ||
