Defensive cooldowns - abilities - heals - cc all are a joke dumb down for the average noob. You cant have the simpliest of tactics - apart some ae root spam whirlind or other gimmics - due to the lack off proper crowd control and immune timers. you cant poke - push you cant do shit rly cause tanks die like instantly and there no solid healers to back them up. As for wvsw it feels and is pointless since the benefits are minimal to nothing and in now way promotes as open world pvp - Daoc is still king after 12+ years for that. too bad the only decent mmorpg pvp will be pandaria which it has solid mechanics - like vanilla wow - but with the same ol same bs bgs and arerna . If , however you are a noob happy spammer who likes zerg its the game for you . Wow, which game are you playing. If anything, damage is a joke vs properly specced characters. Ever tried to get a point hold spec guardian out of a point 1v1? Hell even 2v1? Yea, it's like not gonna happen. My ele's specced as full support/tanky and I can facetank 100 blades and rogues spamming 2 to no end, swap to water and I'm full hp again. Seriously, defensive boons are super effective in this game. Oh and in WvWvW, people don't have the slightest clue about how to properly use things such as a trebuchet. Trebuchet has massive range. Like totally ridiculous range. It has longer range than WoW draws on your screen on max graphics (well, almost). Yet people build them within a stones throw of the defending walls. And they get taken out. The correct way to use trebs is to build them the fuck out of sight, you don't even need to be close enough to see the defenders on the walls and you can still take the walls down with trebs. You just need someone to spot for you.

There were to many issues so they disabled online purchases through their website to throttle the amount of people so they can fix issues. Here is the official statement. Ensuring the best possible play experience for our fans is our highest priority. We’ve said before that we would be willing to temporarily disable first-party digital sales if we felt our high player concurrency may compromise player experiences. We have now reached that point. Effective immediately we have disabled sales via buy.guildwars2.com. To be clear, box and digital sales are still available via our retail partners. We are tracking our concurrency closely while expanding our infrastructure. We’ll re-enable first-party digital sales as soon as we feel that we can do so safely. ~RB2

I hope I don't lose interest by the time sales come back up.

Theres a couple things Ive been wondering about, and I figured you guys probably knew the answers (since the tl community is awesome). First; is there some way to see the health (in numbers) on the target health bar? And second; is there some way to see the in-game latency? no and no Ah thats too bad.. I feel the ui could use some work tbh. Thanks for the reply though!

When your in WvW remember the Team Channel (/t) is basically the general channel so you can find out where people are. Ask questions in there too and people will usually help you. You want to learn about Supply, Siege weapons, Supply Routes, building defenses.
