What makes the game fun is when the odds are stacked against you, such as taking instances/bosses with pure dps, without healers etc. And also penalties on death makes it much more of a incentive not to die. My +boss dmg crystals always broke when I died.
Yea I got really lucky to +6 my lvl 22 blue boots. Went straight to +5 and failed once down to +4 and back to +6. :D

- Can you jump?
- How big is the game in Asia? Growing or dying?
- Is it another Aion/Rift L|
- Could it replace WoW, or is it just level to max level then you're done?

Yes Dying Don't know so can't compare Not much end-game content so probably latter.
Of course, anyone else is free to challenge my answers.

It's not a WoW instance game. There will eventually be longer distance content, but most of the end-game will be player created conflict.

Steparu translated a preview of an upcoming major content patch slated for the end of February in Korea, which raises the level cap to 60, adds a couple dungeons and skills, and a new large-scale 20-person PvE encounter that occupies its own zone: http://steparu.com/previews/mmo-rpg-previews/823-tera-queen-of-argon-part-1
Hopefully NA TERA launches with this content at retail, since Bluehole is just playing catch-up with the game they wanted to release initially (but couldn't due to running out of capital, from what I've read). Really, the only thing that I think is missing from TERA now is a CTF gametype for BGs.

i dont think that launching with the new content would be a good idea : after that people would complain that theres no new content added and that they have to wait 6 monthes for it. Better having 58 level cap and add the new content like 1/2 monthes after to have some more time to prepare futur stuff like new class without any complain

Wait Im confused.
Is the party cap 5 or 6?
I kept doing that one dungeon with 5 out of habit.

I'd definitely recommend the 5e partial pre-order then, gets you access to all the betas and counts towards a full purchase should you choose to go for it.

From what I've played and read, you'll be disappointed if you think this'll be similar to L2.
The game most similar to that experience right now seems like it will be archage in terms of large scale pvp.

We still dont know what will be the rules for PVP servers and the PK , but take into consideration that Tera has no factions , which means a more enoyable open PVP.

Yeah, that, used to being lazy and just typing an e instead of € which requires altgr

I think PvP server will work like Diablo PK system. You turn your name to red and start killing everything in the path. Party members / guild members will be unaffected by each others' skills.
