Oh well, I'll still get 2-3 of those uniforms. Weirdly enough I like the most common ones (icaruna type from the shop), so it'll be cheap. | ||

Also you can't trade items after you've used them, so if you see someone wearing some skin or outfit, it will be soulbound to him/her and thus untradable. | ||

Best animations ever imo. Although some like high elf female ones better, esp for pvp, but I have no clue why's that. But this is priceless (found that on eme's forums): If think about it, elins do have best animations for almost every class. Maybe except slayer, those are weird. Not a big fan of elin warriors too, they way they hold swords are kinda.. bad. The rest are awesome though, which makes them master race for sure lol. They also have the most outfits to choose from, which is good... except that it makes me poor in game. | ||

Also, you do not need to be level 55 to leach exp anymore. You can do it way below that.... I've never tried, but I am guessing lvl 52 might be high enough. | ||

Although I have no experience of leveling any healers, so maybe it's not the best choice. Even CS is a better way to level than Ellenea and 2 zones after it. Leaching exp from BAM farmers was good too, but I think less and less people killing those, because vitriol dropped to 20-25k already and soon enough it'll be worth 2-3k max. And BAMs do not drop enough of CCBs and SES', so it's not really worth bothering anymore. | ||

I'm now 50, and just got the quests to go towards Kaiator for the first time. So hopefully gonna finish up these couple story quests in Castanic (Golden Temple & uhh That other instance) just to get a little extra exp. I absolutely love the CS quest you get at 30, 40 then 50. 14 million xp for the one at 50. Like...wtfmate. That's over 1/2 a level. Plus you do gain about ~2 mil per win which is nice. Plus I make sure to do the CS daily every day, the xp is amazing plus getting the sea chest + strongbox key is awesome. Got kinda lucky while leveling too, got some superior chestpiece which I was able to sell on the broker for 800. (yeah yeah, not a ton for a lvl 60, but pretty awesome for a char in their 40s) | ||

P.S. Too bad that "tail charge" thing doesn't work when you're moving lol. But still nice find... Played mostly elins since p2p release and never bothered to check how their tail moves. -.- | ||

Plus there is that Dakona boss mob, which TJ31 mentioned, which yeah is about 200k per guard + 500k for him, so it's just about 1 million xp to kill that pack. Ended up doing 55 to 56 with a 50% xp boost in 58 minutes. Probably going to grind to 57 here as well since the xp is still solid enough (already 30% of the way into 56 in only about 15-20minutes) I've got this sweet path to do as well, I know right where the mini-boss spawns, so I'll usually take him on + 4-6 Devans. After that I do a giant circle and group up another 12-14 devans, kill all those. Then sit around by a campfire for about ~30 seconds or so and the mini-boss will spawn again. It's basically like a ~2million xp loop every 2-3 minutes or so. Not sure I can stomach going all the way to 58 here though, even though it's super fast and easy it's still boring as shit imo. Might get to 57, then go do mainly the story quests in Elenea or whatever. Hoping that + cs + cs daily is enough to get me to 58, which then I can start up those Argon quests. edit. Yup...broke down and got 58 just from grinding. Those Devans + Dakona boss is just too good xp, even with only a 50% boost. Took me about 3 hours to go from 55 to 58 grinding those Devans. Taking a break for a bit then onto the Argon questline! I'll be 60 soon enough! (well...maybe in a couple days lol) | ||

If you absolutely don't want to grind bears and sick of questing, then do all quests at Pathfinder Post area (much less running from point a to point b than other areas), you should get 59 at least. After that move to Zulfikar fortress and do only story quests untill it will send you to Argonea. Now tele to Allemantheia and start Bastion's story line. Do all story and all gathering quests (there's like 4-6 of those). Iirc, you'll have like 45-55% of 60 when you'll be done with minimal questing and efforts. The rest is fast to get through CS or just grinding bears. Although if you don't mind questing, then doing yellow ones at ZF should get you to 60 probably. But after like 7 chars leveled to 60 (if count ones that I leveled on EU servers last year), I just can't stand those quests anymore. | ||

Maybe I'll grab some Abyss gear, since it's a lot cheaper and still decent enough. Any suggestions for a priest? I know I'll do Vault / Nexus when I can because I know those rings/necklaces are really good. | ||

So don't buy regents, either get some cheapest/free agnitor/abyss for now, or just wait a bit. Agnitor weapon for a priest is better than abyss one I think. And yeah, don't buy any expensive (more than 100g) jewelry. Vault's ring/earrings are the best, although it may take a while to get a proper one with good rolls. Sadly vault doesn't drop any necklaces, so you'll want to do SJG/CoF later, for the 1st time any with aspd will do. Some decent starter level necklaces and gear are going to drop in BT solo mode too, but I don't have a clue how hard/long it is, especially on a priest. Although if take solo vault as an example, it will be super easy for a healer as well, just not that fast. | ||

And yeah, the way it looks, new patch next tuesday or by the latest, next next tuesday. Time to stock up on alkahests. I also got a whole guild bank full of fodders. | ||

Maybe for a healer it would be a good idea to lots of 5m vault during another 2x drop. And since most of the parties have no healers at all, no one will roll on healer rings if they drop. On my chars I found that doing 5m is a total waste of money and time though. Even if the ring of pain drops, which happens kinda rare even during 2x, and if it won't have terrible rolls, it's 1/5 to get it. Which makes chances to get a proper ring about the same as in solo vault. So yeah, so far I've got nothing good in 5m vault if not count some cash from selling vits/recipes, while 1m vault dropped 3 pretty decent rings of pain for me. And some rare healer/agro rings too which I had to npc. BiS earrings looks like the most rare drop, so far got just 1. | ||
