After you're 70 you can start rifting for loot. You might move faster by rifting to level too but it's probably wasteful to spend rift shards on loot that isn't 70. I think I was there by level 65-66 but I don't recall exactly. There is probably a public community for power leveling if you really want to speed it up, but they might expect you to have Adventure Mode unlocked. I'm also not sure if that's a thing on the SC server. | ||

 For example, with 50% cc and 200% cd without gem, you increase 30% with a 120%cd gem. (1 + 0.5*2 = 2 --> 1 + 0.5*3.2 = 2.6) And that's the reason everyone rerolls a socket in their weapons. | ||
