If there is some kind of loot table where only 6 or so items drop per game, then i want those people to tell me 2 exact items that can not drop in the same game. If they do that, reddit will diprove their "theory" in a day. If they dont, then they really are just fantasysing without an actual proofable theorem, its the Loottable Religion! Also, his gear looks normal for a paragon 400. Especially if he plays in a party(multibox or not) and can exchange drops. I have seen pargons 400 with better gear when i call in Rift it forward people into my little T3 Rifts. | ||

His method for low level has been already told to not function. People point out to the FAQ, but it is still bullshit if you have a chance at getting higher level items (i doubt such system wouldn't be completely binary). But it has been confirmed by blizzard that loot tables for a character are made when that character enters a game, so it is not far fetched. But at the end is the same, i found a cindercoat, gambled on the very same game. | ||

Apparently "rare" legendary gear such as ice climbers and witching hour(thank god I have one of these) is 1/10th as likely to drop. This means that 1/~60 legendary boot drops, you'll get ONE pair of iceclimbers, and ~1/110 legendary belts you'll get a witching hour. 3 classes of legendary drop, common(base%), uncommon(1/2 base%) and rare(1/10 base%). Interesting notes: SoJ is a "common" ring drop, it's just there are a fuckton of legendary/set rings. Cinder is an uncommon, and SoH and pox faulds are in their own category at 1/4th base%. That does explain why I've gambled ~20-30 pairs of legendary boots so far, and not a single set of iceclimbers though. rares: Ice climbers, Witching hour, Winter flurry, wand of Woh, velvet camaral(what?), all ignore element X% amulets, hexing pants(I've gotten 3, 2 good ones lol...), rachel's ring of larceny, focus/restraint, freeze of deflection, lacuni prowlers(I actually have never seen somebody loot these), calamity(BiS is also rare..), Chanon bolter(???), shukrani's triumph(seen one or two), cam's rebuttal, The furnace, starmetal kukri(this is why you can never find one....), frostburns&T&T are both rare as well, and lastly, kridershot. I think that this data fits well with what I've seen from the legendaries that everybody finds in guild. A "rare" is basically never seen as they pretty much all have drop%'s below 2%, and many under 1%. | ||
