I know I'm supposed to head back to the AH but can anyone tell me what stat should I aim for in order to progress further? This way I'll know what to look out for when buying stuff. I know everyone hates the AH, but it's not like the items I get from act1 in inferno are of any good. Way too low. I currently have 30k dps and 35k hp, with pathetic armor and resists. I'm getting 1-2 shotted by a ton of stuff, but I can still progress at a slow pace. All the high-level WDs agree that glass cannon builds are the way to go. There's some guy running around with 70k dps and not much hp, gets 1-shot by everything if he doesn't kill them fast enough. Skills: Poison dart splinters, zombie bears (some players even omit this), spirit walk with jaunt (3s is essential), grasp of the dead with unbreakable grasp rune, and two other skills for survival (I picked horrify and fetish army). Most important passive is spirit vessel, pierce the veil for more dps, you might get vision quest for bear spam (I don't like it though). Items: Go to the AH, search for +15 ias rings and amulets, +17 ias gloves, +12 movespeed boots, the biggest weapon you can afford (1h or 2h, up to you). Stack up intelligence, don't bother with vitality/armor/resistances.
Yeah, DH I feel is the same way, I have currently 9,5k HP, 100% magic find, and 25k DPS. Act 2 is being quite doable, almost no Elite pack is giving me a hard time, I only recreated one time throughout the whole Act(but I did avoid some Elite packs that would take a lot of patience).

With 50%+ chance of Crit(and favoring Crit dmg) you get decent damage and with it and bitter pill you get quite a Disc regen to spam caltrops while kiting . The 2s snare is central to playing with a glass cannon DH imo.

Obviously I've never seen that "bug" before so why the heck would I know. Your question was poorly phrased and I interpreted as asking how do I leave general chat. If you know about the post on the bnet forums then why bother asking the question. The average TLer is quite a bit brighter than the average Blizz forum frequenter and might have figured something out, I thought I'd give it a shot. It's a strange bug that I can't find a solution to, a better one than general chat that is. And it was phrased just fine. LOL. When there's 2 million people complaining about auto entering general chat, that's the cookie cutter response you're gonna get. Try asking about elective mode.
I still don't think you know what bug I have.

Why are you being such a dick to him? His question was phrased pretty straightforward. Hope you get it fixed Zorkmid.

Yup, isn't working, or if you can somehow eventually log in, often it screws up once you are logged in and you can't actually play anyway. Not worth it.

yo, diablo is nothing compare to this 'server' dude.

So I heard you guys are mad at them....I got your revenge

biggest game company in the world can't even run it's servers 2 weeks after release. Blizz is going downhill so fast it's almost funny.
Thx blizzard for making a single player game ONLINE only when you're too stupid to run a server.

Getting in after few mins of hammering, but the patch left nice suprise... both minor and major stutter problems! Going through all the fixes or waiting for next patch hoping for best? Sigh.

Bout to kill siegebreaker inferon and then blizzard decide to log me off and give me error 74. And now error 37's trying to get on. Cool.

Got home from work, error 37. Nice, nice.
I would shoot Jay Wilson in the knee right now.

Ye EU servers day after day fail, time to relive 2004 again.

Ugh these servers are such a joke. I was disappointed at release, but 2 weeks after release and they still suck...
