By scanning your computer, I mean every game out there right now has issues with 3rd party software. Some exploits are stupidly easy for them to detect, especially something like the Hellfire bug and bloodshard bug. But third party software is trickier depending on how it's written. Things like Turbohub are basically impossible for Warden (as restricted by court order) to detect as an example. I know being online for ridiculous hours is a pretty big red flag, but how is that proof that someone's botting? It's not nearly enough for the standards Blizzard likely has to use for the slim chance it leads to legal action. Also, in Heroes a bunch of people recently got banned for using a specific gfx card, that's just bad PR / CS =p. So I understand why they have to tread carefully even if there aren't legal issues to be worried about.

They could be online that long for non-bot reasons too, sure a lot of those reasons are against ToS, but if you can't identify which term of service their violating then can you really ban them (not to mention the outside change it was legit)? If somehow everyone fessed up when they were banned Blizz could just do that with impunity, but that's not the world we live in and they have to justify what they do and justify it accurately.

RnG is RnG to, but at average what time do ppl clear Gr45? http://d3resource.com/difficulties.png Thats an difficulty overview that says what kind of droprate there is on T6 etc. Not 100% accurate. According to that overview, farming TX is not the effecient way to get legendaries. At the same time, at GR44+ blizzard increased the "loot from boss".

Except for bounties, of course. deponds how u mean with wrecking I can clear T8 at average 2,3minute with my WW barb. I think average for TX is about 4.5min. My math isnt good but lets say these numbers are absolute and we look at that graph, which is faster for legandaries?

http://tw.battle.net/d3/zh/profile/Thanatos-1507/hero/50631905 Running F+R (justice) + sacred harness. Toughness only clocking at 17mil no buffs so Im ridiculously squishy at the moment. Thankfully I havent even had the chance to pop either passives in GR, only had a heart stopping 10 seconds where my hp remained empty and no cd on potion. Hopefully this one wont die prematurely like my two barbs ![]()
