I feel its a buff since the extremely low cooldown allows you use it often to prevent a ton of damage that you know will come. My favorite is approaching a bush that you have a ward in and can see 2 enemy champions in there and you just bait the tibbers by entering the brush and using divine intervention right before you go in. | ||

Yeah but you could only do it 5 times in a row because then you'd end up out of people. Unless your splash hit that is, because then you'd be lucky if you could manage to actually hit W again. | ||

I feel incredibly comfortable playing MF against like 90% of the most banned champions. I'm more afraid of Warwick and Xin Zhao than anyone else. | ||
