I basically requires your enemy to be a bunch of tards. Warding and ganking their own jungle is super easy and not being able to dominate at least one of 2v1 lanes looks very silly. I'd be really amazed if you showed me someone who could do anything 1v2'ing something like Taric/Annie.

What's the optimal way to jungle rammus ? or is he better in a lane? It seems as though he's the best tank/initiator pick if you can't get amumu/garen/shen... although I could be wrong.

Basically he casts one end of the whirlpool, walks into a fight and LOLTELEPORTS the entire battle back to the original whirlpool. (presumably under a tower or away from their tower.)

What exactly is Tiamat's splash based on? I read it has 50% for melee and 33% for ranged, but I have no idea if that is based off the Tiamat damage, your AD, or the actual damage you dealt including crits and such.

When exactly does Gailo's ult taunt? I am pretty fast at cleansing, and I am more and more convinced that it (re?)taunts like half a second after the ult starts. Either it only taunts once, but late, or it taunts several times, or I somehow manage to always cleanse before the ult is casted.
I have no idea if I am actually taunted when I use cleanse, but I am pretty sure I cleanse after the ult starts.

MissFortune's IP cost has been mentioned 6300 times already.

That's exactly what I thought. Imagine blitz being able to pull their entire team and target easier since it isn't a skill shot.

Nah it's more like an imba Singed, since he has to get somewhat close to the enemies. Imagine Singed with his trollface on, flinging 3 people at once over half the map and flashing back instantly.

Instead of an initiator I would love to see a champ with a ally displacement ability, like Blitz pulling an ally back into safety. Innovation!
